Apartment house in Pacov
Tománek, Ladislav ; Průša, David (referee) ; Brzoň, Roman (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to elaborate the documentation for the construction of the apartment house and terraced garages. The location of the designed building is in Sídliště Míru street, in the town of Pacov. The apartment house has three above-ground floors and one underground floor. Fourteen housing units are designed in the above-ground floors, while the underground floor consists of a technical background of the house and a cellar units. On the plot area, there are also designed open-air parking spaces and a children's playground. The apartment house is based on on strip foundations. The structural system of a building is designed from walls with monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings. The load-bearing walls of the above-ground floors are designed from HELUZ ceramic blocks and the load-bearing walls of the underground floor are solved by permanent formwork. The building is isolated with an external contact insulation system, internationally referred to as ETICS. The roof is designed as warm flat roof. Terraced garages are designed as two separate buildings, each with seven garage spaces. Load-bearing and partition walls will be made of HELUZ ceramic blocks. The foundation will be based on foundation strips and roofing with warm flat roof.
Low energy building
Tománek, Ladislav ; Kalánek, Jiří (referee) ; Brzoň, Roman (advisor)
The subject of the diploma thesis is the design documentation for the construction of low-energy building. This is a hotel komplex, which is located in the city of Brno-Bohunice. The hotel has four floors, no basement and a warm flat roof. On the ground floor there is a hotel restaurant with facilities for employees, main hall, social facilities, wellness and technical facilities. The part of first floor consists of conference halls and a gym. In other parts of hotel are designed 47 guest rooms. Two guest rooms are for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation capacity of the hotel is 82 people. There are uncovered parking spaces for cars and one bus, tennis courts and a hotel garden on the plot. The structural system is combined with reinforced concrete columns and brick blocks. Horizontal structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor. The construction is based on foundation pad and strip foundation. The external wall is built from hollow clay blocks and insulated with external thermal insulation composite systém. The diploma thesis is processed to the extent of design documentation for construction.
Hybrid systems for energy storage
Tománek, Ladislav ; Štefan, David (referee) ; Rudolf, Pavel (advisor)
Hybrid energy storage system, energy storage system, renewable energy sources
Portable water pico turbine design, production and basic parameters verifying
Tománek, Ladislav ; Haluza, Miloslav (referee) ; Štigler, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to design, manufacture and measure the characteristics of a mobile water pico turbine. More precisely, it is an experimental construction of a mill wheel. The first part of this document is describing the design and manufacture of the turbine. This part focuses mainly on the construction of water wheels with different sizes of buckets and on the nozzle supplying water to the turbine. There is also a CFD simulation of pressure loss of nozzle. The second part of the thesis is focused on the processing of data that were measured in the laboratory, including the determination of uncertainties. The measurements were performed for different turbine settings such as flow, speed, different wheel shapes and different positions of the nozzle distributing water to the wheel. For individual turbine settings are created characteristics, from which maximum powers and maximum efficiencies parameters are determined.
