Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of work activities of Sonnentor company. The analysis introduces the company, and the structure of its activity between Austrian parent company and its Czech subsidiary company are also described. The quality of products is evaluated and there are introduced the production range and basic company philosophy, which is permanent growth and environmental protection. The research also involves the production processes and product packaging into environmental degradable packages. Final results analyse the economic management of the whole enterprise, SWOT analysis of the Czech firm and its comparison with its subsidiary company.

This thesis looks into study of order processing in company, specifically in ITAB Shop Concept CZ, a.s. The theoretical part includes main basis from sector of production management and logistics. The analytical part describes company as a whole, analyzes current state of order processing in this company and evaluates it. In the pactical part of the project are mentioned informations about the company B&Q and is made own proposal to optimalize process of particular order.

This thesis deals with commission process in a manufacturing company. The analysis is carried out at the company ŘETĚZY VAMBERK, spol. s r.o. Terms important for understanding the issue are defined in the theoretical part. The analytical part describes the current situation in the company and deficiencies coming out of it. Moreover, there are described procedures leading to the removal of these deficiencies in order to increase effectiveness of the system.

The theme of this bachelor‘s thesis is to propose a procedure to evaluating nonconformities and folowing to propose corrective measures using tools of quality management in company ESB Rozvaděče a.s. engaged in manufacture of low-voltage switchgear and fitting components for electrical engineering company. The work includes proposed solution for management system of nonconforming products in the manufacture of standard switchboards and specifically for switchgear cabinet SMS-U. The thesis describes the current situation, followed by analysis and proposals to improve the current situation.

The Study Increase Productivity for Business Development

This bachelor thesis is focused on increase of labor productivity in production company NovaSteel, s.r.o. which is engaged in manufacturing of agricultural transport vehicles. Subject of this work is to analyze an economic situation of the company and propose possible solutions of the found issues. The main contribution is to provide options for increase of the labor productivity.
