Urban Element Detection Using Satellite Imagery

Táto práca sa zameriava na správnu detekciu objektov v satelitných snímkach pomocou konvolučných neuronových sietí. Cieľom práce je pomocou natrénovaného modelu detekovať bazény a tenisové ihriská v satelitných snímkach z rôznych miest. Model pracuje s dátami z 10 rôznych miest. Pri vypracovaní bol využitý model neurónovej siete RetinaNet a knižnica Detectron2. Model, ktorý sa podarilo vytrénovať, dokáže detekovať objekty s priemernou presnosťou (AP50) na úrovni 63,402 %. Práca môže byť prínosom v oblasti automatizovania získavania štatistík o povrchu zeme.

Detection of Boxes in Image

The aim of this work is to experiment and evaluate algorithms with different approaches to computer vision in order to automatically detect boxes-blocks in the image. To this end, neural network-based approaches were used in the solution. Experiments were performed with classification using our own data set, classification using our own convolutional neural network, detection using a window, YOLO detector and in the final iteration the use of U-net network for detection of boxes in the image.

SPATIAL CULTIVATION MARIAN SQUARE IN ČESKÉ BUDĚJOVICE

České Budějovice is capital city of south Bohemia. It was founded in 1265 on confluence of Vltava and Malše rivers. It has population about 100,000 people. There is a gorhic historical centre with ortogonal net of streets with big main square in České Budějovice. Near to former city walls there is Mariánské Square - this is a place of my design of concert hall.
