The organization arrange a lot of trainings for employees. The problem is that many employees visit these training courses over and over again. Almost half of respondents visited a course where they learned nothing. Human resource department should take care of what kind of employees to send to what kind of course. Another problem is that leaders are not sufficiently interested what the employees learned on the course. They should show more interest.
