The object of this bachelor thesis is to increase customer satisfaction in Hranice Cementary Plant, a.s. on the market of cementary products especially with dry coat - plasters and mortary mixtures and to bring in a new product - sanation plasters to the market. The company has a place in a very special cementary sector, where the company has a limited number of producers, and where takes place the strong rival push. From this point of view there is a need to understand the conditions of this sector to help the company to be successful. In this bachelor thesis I am going to analyse a customer satisfaction and competitive position on the market of this company from the reason of bringing a new product onto the market.

Stanovištní podmínky výskytu drobných zemních savců v lesních ekosystémech Moravsko-slezských Beskyd

The research was focused on the evaluation of habitat differences in the communities of small mammals of different habitats in the Moravian-Silesian Beskid Mountains. In the years 2007-2015 pitfall traps caught 4 819 individuals from 16 species. Small mammals were acquired on 38 permanent research plots. The results described the influence of stand conditions (species, canopy, herb, soil conditions), climatic factors (humidity, temperature), links to typological units (forest typology, edaphic categories, forest vegetation types) and management (commercial forests, protected areas) on small vertebrates. Small vertebrates were influenced by dominance, species diversity and evenness, degree of canopy cover and herbal species. The results were obtained by statistical methods. This study determined the environmental conditions affecting the appearance of yellow-necked mouse, wood mouse, bank vole, common shrew and pygmy shrew.

Drobní obratlovci v lesních ekosystémech Krušných hor a Děčínské vrchoviny

The research was focused on the evaluation of trapping of common shrew, a small shrew, bank vole yellow--necked mouse, rat shrub, wetland voles with analysis of population and seasonal dynamics. Structures of capture common shrew, small shrew and bank vole were described more detailed. Animals were compared on base of nature conditions of localities. Conducted trapping of small terrestrial mammals took place in eastern part of Krusnohori (2003--2004) and Decin Highlands (1987--2013). 1831 small terrestrial mammals of 9 species (insectivores 4, rodents 5) were caught in the eastern part of Krusnohori and 2924 individuals belong to 11 species (6 insectivores, rodents 5) were caught in the Decin Highlands.
