Case Report of a Patient after Amputation of Upper limbs

Title: Case Report of a Patient after Amputation of Upper limbs Summary: This thesis consists of two parts. The first part is general and concludes theoretical basis of the amputations, presenting their history, indications, complications, possible chirurgical interventions, orthotic prosthetics and rehabilitation care. The second part is special and concludes case report of a patient after amputation of both upper limbs. The case report consists of a musculoskeletal assessment of the patient and a re-assessment, rehabilitation plans, proposal of the therapy, performance of therapeutical units and finally evaluation of the effectiveness of the therapy. The case report was worked out during my rehabilitation practice on the Rehabilitation clinic Malvazinky in Prague. Discharge of individuals - method of solving bankruptcy

This thesis deals with the discharge of individuals in the Czech legal environment that is regulated by Act No. 182/2006 Coll. Insolvency Act. The aim is to show the course of insolvency proceedings with a focus on discharge of individuals and then make comparisons with the law of bankruptcy proceedings in the United States and Spain. Finally the real example of a specific individual discharge is shown.
Signification of Public Auctions on the Financing of Living

Public auctions are one way of public negotiation, which leads to transition of property right or another right to the auction subject. All the process is based on the proposer's proposal. This act often becomes a reason of unpaid debts arose during the financing of living throught mortgage. In this case the mortgage proposer is the bank, which offers this mortgage. This bachelor thesis is trying to define relation between the financing of living and public auctions, how they are connected and where the trend works independently on each other. There are included neither theoretic processing of public auction nor process of auction in use. This thesis doesn't handle all the detailes of public auction, but only targets involuntary auction and the reasons of financial restutition from debtor's side. Involuntary auctions become very important part of market with living even in this critical economical situation.
