The indication is especially for women younger than 35 years. According to this dissertation occurs by older women libido disruption. In relation to used progestin occurs most often headaches by usage cyproteroni acetas, norelgestromin and gestoden.

Point on benefits each of the methods, but at the same time also on possibility rise complication. Principle of this work forms quantitative research, that is of above all bent on inquest informedness and interest pregnant women about alternative method. Further also investigate with, whether are these women knowledgeable, that the they may at alternative lead of delivery originate sudden complication expectant instantaneous solving and imperilling life child and own woman in childbed. Surveyed sample forms pregnant women registered at six gynaecological ambulance of the Tábor district.

The task of a midwife in the sphere of a birth control

The theoretical part of the thesis explains the necessity of regulation the human reproduction since the population explosion launched by the agrarian revolution that was reduced by the number of illnesses and infections would lead to overpopulation. The contraceptine efforts having their roots in the ancient times led to the development of methods which vary as far as reliability is concerned . A midwife is in charge of providing high- quality health education to promote healthier family life, family planning and positive parenthood. Unfortunately, the Czech midwives have none of these authorities arising from the strategic documents. The aim of the empirical part is to find out to what extent the Czech women usány hormonal contraception are informed as well as their view on the role of a midwife in the sphere of family planning.
