Marketing communication of the Třebíč Nuclears sport club

Title: Marketing Communication of Trebic Nuclears Objectives: This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of existing marketing comunication. The main goal of this thesis is to suggest improvements and changes of the actual marketing communication of the club. Methods: Qualitative research was prepared in this thesis. The research consists of focus group where the members of the Třebíč Nuclears Development Council took part. I also used method of qualitative interview in the form of semi-structured interview. The interview was with PR manager Robert Vávra and with member of the Development Council Michaela Hobzová. During the research was also used method of the long-term observation. Results: It was found that the current marketing communication of the sports club fulfills certain marketing goals which were set however not all the communication instruments are fully utilized. The analysis shows that the club has the greatest shortcomings in the promotion of youth categories, which in principle has a major impact on overall attendance. Another problem I see in the social networks of the club. The posts are not uniform and regular.
