Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Medical laboratory technician The emergence of precancerous lesions and cervical cancers may contribute to a number of factors. The most important of these factor is the infection risk types of human papillomavirus. Vaccination against cervical cancer is still a current topic. It is the first vaccine against cancer. Objectives: Theoretical overview on the issue of cervical cancer vaccine registered in the Czech Republic and the possible risks of the vaccination. The aim of questionnaire study is to find out doctors and patiens opinion about the cervical cancer vaccination. Questionnaires investigate whether they find the vaccination medically beneficial or commercial. Methods: The questionnaire survey in the Czech Republic. The first questionnaire intended for the patient and a second questionnaire intended for physicians in the field of gynecology and practical medicine. Results: In the general public is a relatively wide range of views on this issue. From the perspective of physicians, the vaccine appears to be contrary very promising and beneficial for medicine.
