Basic music educational concepts upon the appearance of a new primary school with focus on musical education.

The master thesis submits basic philosophy and vision of music education upon the creation of a new primary school with extended focus of musical education. The thesis unifies the knowledge about development of musical education in Czech lands from medieval era to present and states the development of primary schools with extended focus of musical education. The thesis also describes the creation of these institutions on work of Ladislav Daniel and the Olomouc experiment, its progression and future reflections on conception of education on primary school with extended focus of musical education, contemplates the creation of guidelines for extended musical education in the Czech educational system. The thesis also describes important trendsetters in this issue, such as Ladislav Daniel, Alena Tichá, Jan Prchal and Pavel Jurkovič. Role of teaching assistant at primary school with Montessori program

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of the role of teacher assistant in a primary school classroom with Montessori program, focusing on the inclusion of pupils with special educational needs and on the position of a teacher assistant in Montessori learning environment. We defined the education of pupils with special educational needs, including the most frequent diagnoses we encounter during the research. The whole paper is grounded in the legislation of the Czech Republic in the field of primary education. The paper also describes alternative education and its most common varieties and includes the characteristics of the education following Maria Montessori philosophy. This part is dedicated to the principles of the Montessori method, to the role of a Montessori teacher, to the characteristics of the classroom environment as well as to the teaching organisation, including teaching forms and methods. ICT in Primary Education in the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland and Ireland

The thesis deals with differences in access to ICT in primary education in the Czech Republic and in three European countries: Estonia, Finland and Ireland. Using the method of content analysis of the text in a non-quantitative way on the basis of ten set themes, it analyses and compares national strategic and curriculum documents for primary education (ISCED 1 and 2 levels). The aim is to analyse and compare the national strategies for the inclusion of ICT in primary education in the countries, its anchoring in the curriculum of each country, as well as teacher training strategies in the field of ICT. Quantitative methods are also used in the analysis and comparison as appropriate to a basic and limited extent. Local curriculum implementations (i.e. school curricula) are not dealt with. The results show significant variations in the scope and detail of the formulation of strategic objectives in the relevant documents, as well as significant variations in the conception of ICT in individual curriculum documents. Methodology of using combat games in the environment of alternative forest schools of pre-primary and primary education, as possible prevention of bullying and healthy development of pupils.

The diploma thesis "Methodology of the use of rough-and-tumble play in the environment of alternative forest schools of pre-primary and primary education as a possible prevention of bullying." points to the area of children's games, which are inherently associated with such physical manifestation that it can cause all sorts of concerns in adults. The rough-and-tumble play as well as fighting and combat play are in question considered in this thesis as a kind of games, sometimes possibly neglected, but necessary for the healthy development of children's personalities. If the development of children and pupils is the goal of school facilities, then the possible inclusion of combat and combat games in these environments seems to be suitably developing. Alternative schools, in this case forest kindergartens and primary schools, are so open to innovation that this thesis chose them for the imaginary incorporation of rough-and- tumble play into their curriculum. It also outlines the possible context between the conscious fighting game of children and their perception of bullying, or the possible influence of the fighting game on the elimination of these undesirable behaviours. Support of reading literacy for pupils with specific learning disabilities

The present diploma thesis examines the support of reading literacy in pupils with specific learning disabilities. Theoretical chapters are engaged in defining the specific learning disorders, aetiology of the same, individual types of learning disabilities, diagnostics and options of re-education and intervention. Further, the theoretical part delves into the educational system and legislation in the Czech Republic, primary education centred around the framework educational programme for this level of education, inclusion and advisory systems in schools and school advisory facilities. In addition, reading literacy is characterized, along with the factors affecting the same, options of support of reading literacy in pupils with specific learning disorders - for the individual types of disorders, teaching methods of reading skills. The thesis presents research focused on supporting reading literacy in pupils with learning disorders; the above research was carried out using questionnaires directed at primary school teachers, and questionnaires directed at parents of pupils with specific learning disorders. This diploma thesis is focused on the origin and history of elementary education system in the area Prague- west. The work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practic. The theoretical part chronologically introduces the history of the schools since their inception ( complete dissolution ), to the present. The history of a particular schools in this area is the material source used to formulate the project for for students of different schools as the general public. The main aim of this project is to familiarize pupils with the history of their school and to strengthen the students' relationship to the school. The project will be realized in the school year 2014/2015. All proposed activities and expected outcomes are formulated according to the Framework Educational Programme.
Pupils with Diffrent Mother Tongue and Intellect Disabilities in elementary Schools

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of education of pupils with different mother tongue and intellectual disabilities. The theoretical part is focused on definition of the fundamental concepts which are narrowly associated with the subject. It speaks about pupils with intellectual disabilities and different mother tongue, their education which concludes framework education programmes and supporting measures and statistical data of number of pupils with different mother tongue. The practical part defines targets and and research questions, methodology and its subchapters delimiting technology of collecting the data, characteristics of research sample and analytical procedure. Lastly in this part we can find chapters with results of research and subchapter summarizing answers to the research questions. The last chapter is discussion and recommendation for practice. Continuity of pre-primary and primary education from the point of view of management of integrated kindergartens and primary schools in the context of Czech curricular reform

The objective of the dissertation thesis are to conduct the first research survey in continuity of pre-primary and primary education from the perspective of management in integrated kindergartens and primary schools in the Czech Republic. It studies school heads' opinions on continuity of pre-primary and primary education in the context of curricular reform an well as how they put this continuity in practice of their schools. The topic of dissertation thesis is defined by school management and curricular reform. The theoretical part focuses on the triad of the following concepts: management, continuity and curricular reform. The concepts are linked to the environment of integrated pre-primary and primary schools. At the same time, the head teacher's role in the specific conditions of this type of school is reflected. The theoretical framework builds on theories from management and pedagogy. The empirical part focuses in more detail on exploring the role of one of the actors in ensuring continuity of pre-primary and primary education, the head of the school.
