The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the development of project documentation for an apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. The object of the apartment building is a building consisting of four above-ground floors and one above-ground floor. In the basement of the building, its technical equipment is located, which is located together with common storage areas and storage areas for individual housing units. There are 10 apartment units on the upper floor, and there are also office spaces on the 3rd floor. The building has a designed wall construction system, it has a full basement, which is based on foundation strips, and its roofing is solved by a flat vegetated roof.

Apartment building

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a new apartment building. The apartment building is located in the peripheral, partially built-up part of the city. The proposed building contains a total of 7 residential units spread over a total of three above-ground floors. The basement of the building is treated as partial and there is a cellar cubicle for each housing unit, a room for photovoltaic equipment, a drying room, storage rooms and a common room. The house has a simple rectangular floor plan and its main highlight is undoubtedly the spacious terrace for the apartments located on the third floor. The building is based on foundations to a frost-free depth. The vertical support system of the above-ground floors is made of ceramic blocks, the underground floor is made from the shapes of lost formwork. Horizontal load-bearing ceiling structures formed as reinforced concrete monolithic supplemented with reinforced concrete crowns. The building is covered with a single-pitch flat roof with extensive vegetation.

The bachelor thesis aims to create a project documentation of a residential building with almost zero energy consumption in the city district of Brno - Ivanovice. The building is a five-story detached building with four floors above ground and one underground floor. The building is based on a foundation slab. The structural system of the basement consists of reinforced concrete penetrations placed on reinforced concrete columns and perimeter load-bearing walls made of reinforced concrete. The load-bearing system of the above-ground floors is designed using perimeter and internal load-bearing brick blocks. The facade on the above-ground floor is insulated with a contact system. The ceiling structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs as well as the balcony structure. The apartment building is covered with a green roof above the fourth floor. In the basement, there is a collective garage and the technical background of the building. The above-ground floor consists of individual residential units.

Multifunctional building

The aim of this master´s thesis is to draw up a project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building in the cadastral area of the Jablunkov town. The building plot is located in the outskirts of the town. The building is designed as a detached unit wit 3 above – ground floors and a cellar. The building has a designed structural wall system made of sand-lime blocks. The ceiling and roof structures are made of monolithic slabs. It is roofed with a single-span vegetated flat roof. In the underground floor there are cellars, a technical room, a day room, a cleaning room, a room with the main electricity distribution board, a workroom and storerooms. On the first floor there is a pharmacy and a café. On the second floor there are office premises and on the top floor there are 4 residential units. Three apartments are designed as 2+kk and one is designed as 3+kk.

Hotel Špindlerův Mlýn

The subject of the diploma thesis is the project documentation developed at the construction stage for a new hotel with restaurant and wellness. The hotel is located in Špindlerův Mlýn and is designed as a stand-alone hotel. The hotel has two floors above ground, an attic and a basement. The floor plan of the hotel is designed in the shape of a cross with a penetrating rectangular annex over the basement and the first above-ground floor. The outbuilding is covered with a flat vegetated roof, and the main, highest mass is covered with a saddle-shaped and semi-hip-shaped sloping roof with a 40° slope of the roof plane. The layout of the hotel includes a collective garage and a wellness area in the basement, while the first floor has a restaurant, a congress room and an accommodation area with nine hotel rooms, two of which are wheelchair accessible. On the second floor above ground level and the attic there is only an accommodation area with two gyms, each of these two floors has nineteen hotel rooms. In total, the hotel offers accommodation for seventy-five people. Structurally, it is a building based on a foundation slab, the load-bearing vertical structures are a combination of reinforced concrete and masonry ground hollow bricks, the ceiling structures are made of reinforced concrete ceilings and the roof structure is made of a wooden purlin truss. The entire object is insulated with an insulation system.

Hotel

The subject of this diploma thesis is a development of part of the project documentation for the construction of a hotel. The designed building is located on the outskirts of the village of Rajnochovice in the Zlín region. A total of 18 rooms are designed in the hotel of which 2 rooms are adapted for people with disabilities. The total accommodation capacity is 44 people. The hotel also has a restaurant with terrace that is accessible for disabled people. There is a small wellness area with a capacity of 24 people in a part of the underground floor. There are collective garages which are designed mainly for the accommodated guests in the second half of the underground floor. The structural system of the hotel is longitudinal. Perimeter walls in the above-ground floors are made of ceramic blocks and the walls are made of concrete formwork blocks in the underground floor. Ceiling structures are designed as prestressed concrete panels and roof consists of a flat green roof. The entire building is thermally insulated. Main entrance to the building is oriented to the east side. There is a parking lot for other hotel visitors on the property.

Apartment building in Holešov

The task of the bachelor's thesis is to elaborate a project documentation for construction works for new apartment building in Holešov. The apartment building is a free standing building with full basement and with 3 above ground floors. The apartment building has 6 residential units for a total of 20 inhabitants. Housing units are two rooms with a kitchenette (2+KK) and three rooms with a kitchenette (3+KK), each apartment has a terrace or a balcony and cellar located in the basement. The entrance to the building is oriented from the southwest side of the building. The individual floors are connected by a reinforced concrete monolithic two-arm staircase, which is located inside the building. The apartment building is based on concrete foundation strips and a foundation slab. The supporting system are walls from ceramic masonry. The ceiling structures are formed as reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling slabs. Roofing of the building is designed as a vegetation flat roof. The building is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system.

Kindergarten FUTURUM

The aim of this baleror thesis is a design a new building of the Kindergarten FUTURUM in Brno – district. Catadral area of Stránice. The Kindergarten is on the common plot of the Cyril and Methodius grammar school and secondary vocational school. The area of interes tis located in the southern part of the plot. The building is connected on the north side to the courtyard of the grammar school, which is accessible on Lerchova Street. On the west side is accessible on Havlíčkova Street. The building contains the operation of two full-fledged classrooms with a maximum number of 24 children with their own preparation kitchen, laundry, technical and administrative facilities. The surroundings of kindergarten are designed as a garden with a playground and vegetables garden.The single-storey partially basement kindergarten building has a flat vegetation roof. A simple floor plan of two rectangular shapes copies the shape of the plot. By setting it on a sloping terrain, the basement part and the high-rice department od the private part od the kindregarten and its garden will be easily accessible. The building is divided into two rectangular masses with different heights of the attic and type of facade. The larger mas sis dispositionally solved by a central hygienic and service block which connects two axially symmetrical dipositions of two classes. The smaller mass attached from the west side contains the administrative background. Both substances have their own input. The central block is connected to the basement where is all the technical facilities. The lower mass consist of a ventilated facade with wooden slatted cladding. The higher mas sis made of the ETICS systém with a white exterior facade plaster. The materials connect the entrance portals in the opposite materials solution.

The aim of master‘s project is to design a new building of the office building in the cadastre area of Rohatec. The project is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the design of environment friendly and sustainable building. The second part is focused on the design of building services and the processing of building energy services. The third part is focused on the modeling of the noise study, the assessment of the soundproofing of the external cladding and the assessment of the reverberation time.

The building

The subject of the diploma thesis is to prepare project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building with almost zero energy consumption. The multifunctional building is located in the South Moravian Region on the outskirts of Rosice. It is a five-storey detached multifunctional building in a slightly sloping terrain, with one underground floor and four above-ground floors. The underground floor serves for the most part as a collective garage and also for the technical background of the building. There is a gym and showroom on the first floor. On the second and third floors there are office spaces with the necessary facilities. The remaining fourth floors are used for living, there are designed four residential units, with storage space for each apartment. The building is designed as a combined construction system, while the perimeter vertical load-bearing structures are lined with ceramic hollow blocks. The perimeter load-bearing walls in the basement are made of lost formwork. The vertical load-bearing structures inside the building consist mainly of reinforced concrete monolithic columns. The ceiling structures and longitudinal girders are also monolithic reinforced concrete. The perimeter masonry is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The building is based on reinforced concrete monolithic foundation strips. The roof consists of a flat single-skin vegetation roof.
