Proposal to change the System of Motivation and Remuneration of Employees in a selected Company

The masterś thesis is focused on the system of work motivation and employee satisfaction in a selected company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of motivation, remuneration and employee satisfaction. The analytical part evaluates the current system of motivation and remuneration of the company's employees, employee satisfaction in the field of remuneration, working conditions and interpersonal relationships in the workplace and the effects of internal and external influences on the system. Based on the performed analyzes, changes to the current system are proposed in order to increase employee satisfaction.
Using of NTC method to the development of partial functions of preschool children

This dissertation is focused on the development of skills of children in preschool age. The work is split into the theoretical and practical parts. The chapters of the theoretical part deal with the characteristics of child's progress in preschool age as well as with partial function development, personal growth and upbringing in the preschool age. The work is focused on the education of children in preschools and on the monitoring of school maturity. The practical part of the dissertation concentrates on the implementation of the NTC Stimulation Programme into the pedagogical and educational activities of the Salomon Preschool, a private education center for preschool children. In the practical part, the NTC method is evaluated based on the comparison of the research group with a control group consisting of children attending state preschool. Furthermore appropriate activities for preschool children are recommended. The recommended activities are focused on the support of specific key competencies and skills. Stimulation of strength, speed, and coordination, abilities in the ice hockey goaltender

Thesis title: Stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities in the ice hockey goaltender. Aim of the thesis: To describe theoretical basis of stimulation in ice hockey goaltenders. To design a model of goaltender's strength, speed and coordination training and to find suitable methods, means and forms of the stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities focused on youth teams and older goaltenders. Method: Qualitative analysis of document contents was used to identify the main theoretical basis of stimulation of goaltenders strength, speed and coordination abilities. Determiners of goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination development were described on the basis of deeper analysis. The main theoretical resources were finally integrated into a logical complex by the method of synthesis. On this basis the conception of strength, speed and coordination abilities stimulation could have been set up and suitable methods, means and forms of the goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination training could have been chosen with focus on youth teams and older goaltenders. Stimulation of physically disabled individuals using dance and its techniques

This thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with individuals with physical disabilities and limitations resulting therefrom, characteristics of selected types of physical disability and dance as a therapeutic method. The practical part consists of the possibility of applying dance techniques for clients with physical disabilities and the possibility of conducting a dance lesson. The following is part of the research that deals with dance as a means of stimulation and its effects on people with physical disabilities. Children plays initiated by the teacher as a support of the General educational plan for preschool education

The main focus of this thesis is the application of teacher-initiated play as a method for education of children aged three to six, according to RVP for preschool education (2004). The theoretical section discusses different types of play, their development and the role of the teacher in every one. The play is studied based on the RVP (2004), section Child and psychology. This section also presents the education plan used in the kindergarten, where the research is conducted. The practical section presents the actual research. A special development program was designed that allowed the teachers to evaluate the influence of a teacher-initiated play on the development of speech and pronunciation in a group of children (aged three to four). Stimulation of people with physical and multiple disabilities - using the TheraSuit Method

The thesis entitled "Stimulation of people with physical and multiple disabilities - using the TheraSuit Method" focuses on the using of different stimulation methods in the care of people with physical and multiple disabilities and is aimed in particular mentioned method TheraSuit and its modifications (Klim-Therapy) whose main element is a special support suit. In the Czech Republic, this method has been used for relatively short time. It is a little widespread, especially due to financial demands. The clients have to pay the therapy almost themselves. Therefore, the thesis aims to gather available information about the method using special support suit. Another objective is to obtain a quantitative overview of the research on the awareness and attitudes of adult clients of selected institutions for people with physical and multiple disabilities, their parents of children with physical and multiple disabilities and staff who work with these people, to discuss methods and new methods of stimulation at all. The thesis also focuses on other stimulation methods used in selected institutions providing services to peoples with physical and multiple disabilities.
