History of services in the care of persons using psychoactive substances in the Marianna Oranžská Psychiatric Hospital

Background: Marianna Oranžská Psychiatric Hospital was established in 1954 and is an important device that operates in treating persons using psychoactive substances. The concept of the device was constantly modernized, modified and nowadays it is a facility providing a wide range of addiction services. The hospital has built a reputation and is sought after by clients from all over the Czech Republic. Aims: Creation of a comprehensive description of the historical development of the facilities and services provided in the Marianna Oranžská Psychiatric Hospital from the establishment of the facility in 1954 to the present. Methods: This bachelor's thesis used qualitative research, including a content analysis of historical sources and professional publications that were thematically related to the relevant facility. Data from historical sources were processed using open coding. Results: In 1954 a Psychiatric Hospital was established in the village of Bílá voda with three wards, one of which was anti-alcohol. The first director of the hospital was MUDr. Bohumil Podařil until 1981, after which MUDr. Jiří Vařeka took his place. The diploma thesis deals with the area of learning and development of a selected group of employees in a specific organization. The aim of the thesis is to describe, analyse, and evaluate the current state of learning and development of a selected group of employees in a specific organization and to propose possible recommendations for improvement. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part of the thesis, relevant concepts from the field of andragogy, educational management and human resources management are defined in relation to the researched issue. The empirical part consists of methodology and research in the field of employee learning and development. The research is divided into partial phases that describe, analyse, and evaluate the current state of learning and development of a selected group of employees. Creating a safe classroom climate by methods of drama education for beginning groups of students

The diploma thesis focuses on the creation of a safe classroom climate by methods of dramatic education for a beginning group of pupils. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate whether the methods of drama education contribute to the creation of a safe climate in the classroom. In the theoretical part, I will define the concept of classroom climate, school climate and mention here the main actors involved in its creation. The second half of the theoretical part focuses on drama education. The aim of this part is to map suitable methods of this education that contribute to building a safe climate. I devote the practical part to the preparation of several lessons for a group of fourth-year students who have no experience with drama education. Part of the practical part are specific lessons and their reflections, which record the development of the starting group. At the very end, there will be a comparison of the classroom climate before the introduction of drama education methods and after the implementation of individual lessons. Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Selected Institution

The key goal of the diploma thesis is to propose measures for developing the key activities of the chosen organization using the support of digital technologies, based on the theoretical research and the performed analyses. The output of this work is a proposal for changes to the concept of human resources management in this organization. The work is divided into three parts, consisting of a theoretical, analytical and design part, where recommendations are developed based on the knowledge obtained from the performed analyses. The theoretical part of this work deals with education and human resource management in this area, in the analytical part the work will then focus on the benefits and undesirable effects of digitization and on how a specific school in Lomnica behaved during the pandemic. The starting point is the design part, which suggests procedures for the development of the organization's human resources concept in the event that it is again forced to switch to distance learning using new digital tools. PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and questionnaire survey were mainly used to create the design part.

This diploma thesis focuses on a proposal of a development concept and a training plan for business representants in a selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic concepts related to the issue and are important for the practical part of the diploma thesis. In the analytical part, an evaluation of the current state of the company is presented, qualitative research will be conducted in the form of individual interviews as well as the analysis of managerial competencies and assumptions of business representatns. Based on the information found, a development concept proposal and a training plan will be recommended, including appropriate methods for their professional growth and personal development, which can be considered as the greatest asset of every business representants and consequently of the whole organization.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the personality development of a manager within the context of the corporate sphere and the factors influencing this process. The work is structured into three segments. The first segment, theoretical, explains the central concepts associated with the personality development of a manager and the corporate environment. The following section, analytical, applies three research methods to evaluate the given environment, thereby providing a comprehensive view of the issue under investigation. This segment is designed to uncover potential shortcomings in the personal development of managers. The final segment deals with the formulation of proposals and recommendations for addressing identified shortcomings.

This bachelor thesis is focused on communication and corporate culture in the construction engineering, with an emphasis on importance and improvement. The thesis aims to capture the importance of this topic in the context of the construction engineering. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the issue of communication and culture in the construction industry is examined in detail to provide a comprehensive overview. The practical part presents the results of the research conducted, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data was obtained through questionnaire surveys and guided interviews with employees of selected construction companies. The paper concludes with a summary of partial conclusions and formulates recommendations for improving communication and corporate culture in construction companies. This work included a proposal for a more effective survey methodology and tips for making the industry more attractive to young people.
