The content of my bachelor's thesis is the solution for the implementation of a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton and its cladding. The work includes a technical report, site plan with broader transportation connections, bill of quantities, technological specification focusing on skeleton assembly, construction organization solution, schedule and workforce graph, machinery layout proposal, inspection and testing plan for the prefabricated skeleton assembly phase, safety and health plan for the construction site, budget for the specific phase, details of connections for the prefabricated structure and enclosure, and transport scheme.

Project Proposal of a Music Festival

My bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of project management tools and methods to complete a completely new project. The first part of the bachelor's thesis describes the methods and tools used. This information is further used to analyze the current state of the company and to make proposals. The tools and methods that were chosen are further practically used in the creation of the three phases of the project's life cycle. We will include an analysis of the current state in the pre-project phase, where I will also present the marketing part of the project. The design part is included in the initiation and planning phase of the project. The final output of the bachelor's thesis is a detailed proposal, according to which it is possible to start the project within the set deadline.

Development of Municipal Tax Revenues

The bachelor thesis is focused on the development of tax revenues. The bachelor thesis focuses on the theoretical and practical part. The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical concept of taxes. Tax revenues of municipalities, changes in the tax designation of municipalities and the budget as such. The second part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the practical comparison of two municipalities Popice and Pouzdrany. The bachelor thesis evaluates and compares the tax development of the municipalities in the period 2012-2021. For the sake of the research, a questionnaire was conducted in the municipality of Pouzdrany to determine the awareness of the residents of the municipality on the issue of municipal tax revenues.

Technological stage of the rough superstructure of the social services building in Jihlava

Předmětem bakalářské práce je řešení stavebně technologického projektu výstavby objektu sociálních služeb v Jihlavě, konkrétně provedení vrchní hrubé stavby. Konstrukci hrubé stavby tvoří nosný železobetonový skelet doplněný o výplňové zdivo. Práce se blíže zaměří na tvorbu rozpočtu a harmonogramu stavby, bude vypracován technologický předpis pro provedení nosných železobetonových konstrukcí a nenosného výplňového zdiva. Součástí bude také řešení organizace výstavby zahrnující trasy dodávek materiálů a strojů, koncept výkresu zařízení staveniště, nebo návrh strojních sestav. Dále se práce zaměří na kvalitativní požadavky stavby, řešení bezpečnosti práce a na závěr nabídne návrh alternativního systému nosné konstrukce z velkoformátových vápenopískových tvárnic.

This bachelor work deals with grats from European Union gave by the city Krnov and its Polish partner municipalities in the years 2007 -- 2013 in the Czech-Polish cooperation in the Euroregion Praděd. It highlight the significance of subsidies as part of public revenue in the implementation of Krnov concerning realization of Czech-Polish cooperation. . It is analyzes the revenue and expences side of the city Krnov budget and selected and implemented projects of the city with Polish part-ners on the basis of the obtained data. This analysis together with an analysis of internal and external environment of Krnov focusing on grants will be the basis for making recommendations on obtaining grants within the programming period 2014 -- 2020.

The bachelor thesis deals with questions of property and budget and is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, in which we are going to take apart terms such as town and municipal authorities. The theoretical part focuses on property and his management. This part talk about budget like instrument of man-agement and financial analysis. The second part is practical and is providing prop-erty analysis from ones balance sheet and structure of budget. Also financial side of town is important, when financial analysis is done and last but not least SWOT analysis too.

Vyhodnocení ekonomické situace obce Vémyslice

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of budget management of a selected municipality. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the management of the village Vémyslice in the years 2014-2020, based on it to evaluate the financial situation of the village and finally to propose a solution to any shortcomings. The first part deals with the theoretical foundations of the financial health of municipalities, the space is devoted to municipalities and its specifics and public administration. The second half of the work is devoted to the analysis of the management of the village Vémyslice. The budget analysis was performed in terms of the amount and structure of revenue and expenditure. Furthermore, the work calculates the indicators of indebtedness and liquidity, according to which it is clear, that the financial situation in the municipality is stabilized.

Zadluženost obcí v Moravskoslezském kraji

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the municipal indebtedness in the Moravian Silesian region. Through selected indicators will be monitored the development of the municipal indebtedness in three years and will be assessed the situation of the indebtedness in these municipalities. In addition, will be possible to assess which of three monitored years was for the municipalities the most demanding and vice versa. According to indicators, two indebted municipalities will be identified and will be determined causes of their higher indebtedness. In the diploma thesis was found out, that these two municipalities got into debt because of expensive investments. However, these investments foster the development of municipalities and the environment. Based on this research will be recommended to invest in projects, which are beneficial for future generations and the development of communities. Municipalities should carefully prepare new projects, optimize their loans and interest rate, and invest in projects, which will generate income in future. This is a way to avoid risky decisions and possible indebtedness.
