Recondition program for individual after meniscus injury.

Title: Reconditioning program for individuals after meniscus distortion Student: Petr Janota Supervisor: PhDr. Pavel Hráský, Ph.D. Aims: The aim of the work was to assess the effectiveness of the reconditioning plan on the proband, which is after the injury and subsequent arthroscopy of the knee joint. The effectiveness of the reconditioning plan will be evaluated by improving the values in the pretest and posttest using a diagnostic test battery including postural stability, run analysis, muscle strength and kinesiological analysis. Methodology: After an initial literature search and subsequent pretest, a reconditioning program was compiled, which was then applied to the proband. During this reconditioning plan, body composition parameters were monitored using Tanita MC-980, strength of knee extensors and flexors using HumacNorm, locomotion symmetry using 3D running, lower limb circumference parameters, shortened muscle groups according to Janda. Results: I compared the comparison of pretest and posttest values on a selected proband and I noticed an improvement in the body weight parameter in the body composition parameter. Title: Reconditioning of sport performance track and field athlete after injury (explained by an example of heptathlete) Student: Michaela Treglerová Supervisor: Doc. PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. MBA Aims: The main goal of this bachelor's thesis was to orientate based on systematic research of Czech and foreign sources in the issue of injuries in athletics, find and make the occurrence of the most common and most serious injuries that lead to suspension of the training process. Recobdition programm after ACL injurie in alpine skiing

Title: Reconditioning program after ACL injury in alpine skiing. Objectives: The main goal of my work is to describe the general procedure in the rehabilitation and reconditioning program after an injury to the anterior cruciate ligament, which was caused by fall in alpine skiing. Methods: The work is written in the form of literary research. I drew from available books on alpine skiing, physiological and anatomical textbooks. I searched for terms such as sports injuries, mechanisms of injuries in sports, anterior cruciate ligament, rehabilitation program, reconditioning program. Results: A set of post ACL surgery excersises for alpine shiers. The result is a program that I compiled. It has been discussed and approved by the physiotherapists and fitness trainers working in sports and alpine skiing. My work serves as a general rehabilitation and reconditioning instruction after anterior cruciate ligament surgery. Individual periods of return with gradual loading of the operated limb are discussed. The set of exercises is designed for a professional skier to help him return to racing. Name: Knee Injuries in Football (Review Literature) Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to study scientific and professional articles and publications concerning the issue of injury in football and the subsequent transfer of processed information to the literature review. Another aim of the thesis is a working proposal on the determination of possible preventive principles that can minimize the occurrence of injury in football players. Methodology of work: In this work was used the method of literary research, mainly foreign, but also Czech literature, obtained mainly from Internet databases and bibliography. For an adequate review of the literature, keywords were set for both domestic literature and foreign publications. Results: Comprehensive review of football injury issues was created by processing a literature review. It has been found that football is one of the most risky sports with a potentially high risk of injury. Furthermore, it was confirmed that the most commonly injured joints are ankle and knee. The most common type of knee injury among football players has been reported in literature sources of meniscus injuries. Title: The overview of knee injury issue in athletics (case study) Student: Kateřina Petrušová Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, PhD. MBA Aims: The aim of this thesis was to analyze and go through different recondition program processes, set together for and apply recondition program on particular athlete, all this based on the study of literature directly related to knee injury in sports and athletics. Next to realize case study and thanks to different tests evaluate based on various indicators the efficiency of recondition program on selected indicators by athlete and student of UK FVS after injury and arthroscopy of a knee. Methodology: After initial literal research the recondition program was settled and was applied to the probant. During the recondition program were monitored parameters of body structure on Tanita BC 545, parameters of bottom limbs circumference and further the stability level, sensomotorics and symmetry using the MFT S3 Check device and finally the dynamic stability on Y Balance Test device. Evaluation of stability, sensorimotor and symmetry of football players after ACL reconstruction by MFT S3 tool

Theme: Evaluation of stability, sensorimotor and symmetry of football players after ACL reconstruction by MFT S3 tool. Student: Bc. Simon Otto Supervisor: PhDr. Ales Kaplan, PhD. Aims: The aim of the diploma thesis is evaluation of stability, sensorimotor and symmetry of chosen group of football players (n=4) after ACL injury by MFT S3 check test. Methodology: The level of stability, sensorimotor and symmetry was measured by MFT S3 tool and then evaluated with activities during the recondition season. Results: The study proved that some activities are more or less suitable for development of stability and sensorimotor. The biggest positive effect had special workouts aimed for tight muscles and the knee joint. The lowest values were measured after the run and football trainings when the stability and the sensorimotor were impaired. The values were higher in sagittal plane due the preferable sagittal movement used during the football matches. It is important to realize that the recondition process is needs to be lead individually for every athlete after ACL surgery because there is not any universal methodological procedure.
