Discharge of debts - one financial rehabilitation solution for resolving insolvency Abstract Discharge of debts is one of the financial rehabilitation methods for resolving insolvency regulated through Act No 182/2006, on insolvency and the methods of its resolution (the Insolvency Act). It is today, not surprisingly, the most widely used instrument in the field of insolvency law and proceedings, and its essence is to achieve, under statutory conditions, the objective of satisfying at least part of the claims of creditors, and to obtain exemption from the obligation to pay the remaining receivables of those creditors. Meaning debt relief. Through the discharge of debts, typically for a natural person, legal protection from creditors is obtained for the duration of the proceedings and, ultimately, also the anticipated benefit in the form of debt relief. Title: Marketing mix of Nikon Golf Academy and suggestions for its improvement Objectives: The aim of this work is to optimize marketing mix of the company Nikon Golf Academy, which focuses at providing services to customers in Prague and its surroundings. The analysis of the current marketing mix of the company, specifically of the 7P's (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, presentation), should bring proposals and suggestions for the improvement of its current marketing mix. Brexit and its implications for European integration

The diploma thesis Brexit and its implications for European integration uses the method of explanatory case study in an effort to analyze the causes and impacts of the Great Britain's withdrawal from the European Union. The thesis therefore examines the historical context of the complicated relations between Great Britain and the European Communities from their formation in the 1950s to the present, which ultimately led to the historic step of United Kingdom's withdrawal from the EU on 31 January 2020. The thesis then maps the negotiations regarding the Withdrawal Agreement and the future arrangement of mutual relations, which took place between 2016 - 2020. The effects of the UK's withdrawal from the EU on the composition and functioning of the European institutions and the impact of the changes on the remaining member states are also analyzed. In addition, the work presents possible arrangements of economic relations between the two parties, which are currently the subject of negotiations between the UK and the EU during the transitional period from 1 February 2020 to 31 December 2020. My bachelor project, Linsident, is a long-term act of imagination and self reflection through the media of free-verse poetry. In the end I was able to separete literary, metal (therapeutic) and strictly personal aspect of the work. As a result there is a radically, with perspective, edited poetry and its performative presentation.

The bachelor thesis analyzes the current state of the information system developed by NeoHealth s.r.o in a non-state health facility in Stupava. The first part contains theoretical information from the field of information systems and methods of analysis. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the medical facility and the information system itself. In the last part there is an evaluation of the information system analysis and its own solution suggestions which should lead to higher efficiency of the information system.

The analyzed systems are used in the internal process for managing project documentation and monitoring realized projects. The theoretical part, the work contains explanation on concepts related to the issue. The analytical part uses methods of analysis to determine the current state of the systems. The following part of the work presents possible solutions to the shortcomings of information systems that will improve efficiency.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the information system assessment of a chosen company and its processes in the logistics department. Based on theoretical knowledge, the analysis is processed, from which the results are derived. Negative ones will serve us as a basis for change proposals and on the contrary, positive ones will serve us as the examples. Higher process efficiency and risk elimination are leading us towards an improvement of the current status, thus achieving a higher economic value of the company.
