Material management of order production

The thesis is focused on the mapping and subsequent improvement of processes within the Procurement and Logistics department for the monitored company division. Based on the findings from the analytical part and the identification of problematical areas, there are proposed steps that should lead to improvement of performance not only within the Procurement and Logistics department, but also within the division as a whole. The emphasis was put on eliminating of processes that were bringing no value as well as on material flow management.
Proposal for a change in the production line

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the proposal for a change in the production line to achieve efficient utilization of the resulting material waste. The work pertains to a company specializing in the production of plastic products – CECHO BUHUMIL CEMPÍREK, s.r.o. The theoretical part defines and describes the basic concepts related to the process and its possible analyses. These are used in the analytical part for a comprehensive mapping of the production process, which focuses primarily on the analysis of material, financial, and process flow. Based on these analyses, a proposal for a change in the production line is made, including the required machines, a description of the newly created processes, and analyses describing the new line. In conclusion, the overall benefits of this proposal and its financial feasibility are evaluated.
Variants of the production portfolio

This thesis deals with the variations of the product portfolio of the selected company. The subject of the thesis is the identification of products that are key for the company and their transition y external production to in-house production. Subsequently, a proposal is created that describes the essentials associated with the expansion of production. The proposal also includes a description of the individual processes that would be created by the new work tasks. The focus is primarily on verifying the feasibility and increasing the competitiveness of the company. The changes proposed in this thesis are related to the new organizational structure, the creation of new job roles, capacity calculations and investment requirements of the project.
Design Process Management of the Order in the Selected Organization

This thesis focuses on the analysis of process management of a contract in a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the shortcomings and weaknesses in the process of order execution from the customer's enquiry to the actual handover of the order to the client and thus to propose improvements to the existing management. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation and the weaknesses are analyzed using the FMEA method, which serves as a basis for proposing solutions. The proposed measures focus on the development of work procedures and satisfaction questionnaire, the employment of a new employee, the introduction of a time schedule and the use of the Trello tool for job scheduling. These steps should lead to meeting delivery deadlines and increasing customer satisfaction.
Business processes in project management

The bachelor thesis focuses on project management processes in the engineering company Bosch Rexroth. Specifically, the thesis deals with the analysis of the process of a selected order in the company and the subsequent comparison with the internal company directive that defines the process engineering of the product. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the theoretical background of the thesis. The second part is analytical, containing data on the standardized process of the order according to the directive and the real process of the selected order in the company. These data were obtained through non-standardized observation, semi-structured interviews with the project manager, supplemented by data from the information system and internal company documents. The final section is propositional and contains suggestions for improvement at the level of sub-business processes.
Development of Process Management Software Support using BPMS

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the process analysis and proposal of the system for process management support. Part of the thesis is the model created using the Enterprise Architect software with process simulation and evaluation of proposed changes. Proposed changes include digitalization, automation and process optimization.
Using process management methods in the enterprise

The thesis examines the process management, methods and processes of the selected company. The thesis evaluates the maturity of the company's process management on the basis of the used principles of process management. The processes were evaluated through the application of process analysis. The internal logic analysis, value added mapping, time analysis, variability analysis and IS / IT analysis were performed on the processes. The result of the work is a recommendation for the automation of two activities and a recommendation for the application of value added analysis to the main processes.
