Discharge of debts - one financial rehabilitation solution for resolving insolvency Abstract Discharge of debts is one of the financial rehabilitation methods for resolving insolvency regulated through Act No 182/2006, on insolvency and the methods of its resolution (the Insolvency Act). It is today, not surprisingly, the most widely used instrument in the field of insolvency law and proceedings, and its essence is to achieve, under statutory conditions, the objective of satisfying at least part of the claims of creditors, and to obtain exemption from the obligation to pay the remaining receivables of those creditors. Meaning debt relief. Through the discharge of debts, typically for a natural person, legal protection from creditors is obtained for the duration of the proceedings and, ultimately, also the anticipated benefit in the form of debt relief. The motive for this paper is an effort to characterise discharge of debts in relation to legislation, its development, including through the most recent amendments, and also considering socio- economic reality, including consideration of the case law of insolvency courts and the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, professional publications and articles, yet also my own practical experience. Title: Marketing mix of Nikon Golf Academy and suggestions for its improvement Objectives: The aim of this work is to optimize marketing mix of the company Nikon Golf Academy, which focuses at providing services to customers in Prague and its surroundings. The analysis of the current marketing mix of the company, specifically of the 7P's (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, presentation), should bring proposals and suggestions for the improvement of its current marketing mix. This will help the company to attract higher amount of clients and bring bigger prosperity. Methods: In this thesis a method of qualitative analysis and a secondary data analysis is used. The quantitative analysis and its results focuses on the marketing mix of the company. First of all the marketing mix is analysed from the company's perspective. Protective measures in Czech Civil Procedure Law Abstract This dissertation deals with the protective measures constituting a special type of the Czech civil procedure besides the proceedings on law finding, enforcement and insolvency. The theory refers to this sort of procedure as a set of procedural institutes that have little in common, except for the same basis residing in interim securing of rights or in securing effective exercise of rights. The author deals with the protective legal instruments as perceived by the predominant doctrine, which corresponds to the essence of the matter and to the legal regulation, that is to say, pre-trial reconciliation (also called a Praetorian reconciliation), preliminary measures (injunctions), pre-trial evidence and subject of the evidence securing, judicial (and also executor) lien and disturbed possession action. She emphasizes the general regulation of preliminary measures, but the submitted analysis is in a significant extent applicable as well to the preliminary measures under the Act on Special Court Proceedings. The diploma thesis Brexit and its implications for European integration uses the method of explanatory case study in an effort to analyze the causes and impacts of the Great Britain's withdrawal from the European Union. The thesis therefore examines the historical context of the complicated relations between Great Britain and the European Communities from their formation in the 1950s to the present, which ultimately led to the historic step of United Kingdom's withdrawal from the EU on 31 January 2020. The thesis then maps the negotiations regarding the Withdrawal Agreement and the future arrangement of mutual relations, which took place between 2016 - 2020. The effects of the UK's withdrawal from the EU on the composition and functioning of the European institutions and the impact of the changes on the remaining member states are also analyzed. In addition, the work presents possible arrangements of economic relations between the two parties, which are currently the subject of negotiations between the UK and the EU during the transitional period from 1 February 2020 to 31 December 2020. My bachelor project, Linsident, is a long-term act of imagination and self reflection through the media of free-verse poetry. In the end I was able to separete literary, metal (therapeutic) and strictly personal aspect of the work. As a result there is a radically, with perspective, edited poetry and its performative presentation.

Bachelor thesis deals with optimization of selected processes in a particular man-ufacturing business with use of self-measured data and chosen methodical ap-proach. The aim of this work is to suggest the most effective solution leading to optimization of filling process and product weight measuring. The suggestion is made with respect to the business possibilities and management, which considers three possible investments. Control charts and capability indexes are used to ana-lyze current state of processes. Based on the discovered estimation of savings, the variant with best the estimated economic benefit is suggested to the business. Suggested variant is to buy automatic weighing system.

This thesis deals with the optimization of the production process in a selected company. The aim is to suggest appropriate solutions to optimize production processes by using industrial engineering methods. The theoretical part is focused on Lean management, lean manufacturing and industrial engineering. The main part describes and evaluates the current state of the workplace. It contains miniaudits of the workplace, process analysis, images of the working day and Spaghetti diagrams, which are essential for development of proposals to improve the processes. These tools helped to identify and define the types of waste and their causes. Process optimization on the selected line of the company was conducted by workshop. This method is regarded as one of the fastest methods to solve problems which are not very time consuming and difficult.
