Proposal for Regulatory Measures on the Market of Mobile Operators

The thesis focuses primarily on the research of price formation in an imperfectly competitive market. Concepts such as monopoly, oligopoly, monopolistic competition and price discrimination will be discussed. In the analytical part, the knowledge from the theoretical part will be used, which solves the issue of the telecommunications market in the case of imperfect competition, which will be solved by me.

The aim of the thesis is to define the basic terms used in the real estate market and rental housing, to describe the basic principles in determining rental housing prices and factors that may affect rental housing prices. In the practical part of the thesis is processed an analysis of rental housing in Brno is prepared for the observed period. The analysis is processed for individual city districts and divided according to the layout of the apartment. At the end of the work, all outputs are compared, the development of the real estate market is determined, and it is determined where the biggest changes took place.
Prices and costs in the liquidation phase of the construction life cycle

The aim of the thesis is to define basic concepts used in demolition projects, procedures and technologies that are used in the removal of buildings. This work also describes current situation in demolition projects and pricing demolition. Based on the realized projects, was made an analysis of prices and costs in the liquidation phase of the construction life cycle and compared with the list prices.

The thesis will analyze the pricing method of a particular subject on the market and subsequently use the gained knowledge. The result will be a creation of my own proposal to achieve higher sales.
The influence of green roofs on the price of the building

This thesis is focused on the effect of green roofs and their impact on the final cost of a family house. First part of the thesis decribes different types of roofs, with a special emphasis on green roofs (including their types, layers, properties). Second part involves multiple types of pricing (house, roofs) and calculations of volumes of buildings. Final part discusses the prices of green roofs and their share in the price of the whole building. Creation of budgets is one of the most precise pricing strategies in civil engineering. Proper estimation of the budget of green roofs therefore played a vital role in developing results section of this bachelor thesis. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the increase in price caused by this eco friendly contruction.

3 Title: Active holiday in the Austrian Alps - Marketing project of utilization pension Appartemens Auf Wind Goals: This work suggests one of the possibilities, how to deal with critical months in pension Appartements Auf Wind. It includes the creation of four trips of active holiday in the Stubai, where the guest house is located. Each trip is designed to make use of the maximum capacity of the house and was able to cover all monthly costs of landlord. Methods: Situation analysis, SWOT analysis. Results: Performed a detailed analysis of the current situation of the pension, discussed the shortcomings of the current state pension and designed four thematic tours to increase clients' pension and pension cover. Interest rate options and their valuation in binomial model

This work discusses about binomial pricing model, which is the basic principle for pricing of any kind of financial assets. We define its brief definition and show its main characteristics. Next, this work discusses about models of the short rate, especially to their discrete versions. From this set of models, we choose one of the most important interest rate models, which is Ho-Lee model and we look at it in details. According to its basis we interpret calibrating of binomial tree. Finally, we perform how to price different kinds of interest rate options such as caps or barrier options according to Ho-Lee model as well. We use mathematical software Mathematica for pricing options and calibrating of binomial tree.
The pricing environment of the media market of OOH advertising in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the analysis of the pricing environment of the OOH advertising media market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part introduces the concept of marketing communication, but also touches upon advertising as such, including a description of different types of traditional mass media and their role in society. Furthermore, this thesis focuses on a specific communication channel - outdoor advertising. It presents its history, development, planning process and trends. The thesis describes the different types of formats offered on the Czech market, including innovative and alternative ones, but also presents the current problems and limitations associated with this media type. Nevertheless, advertisers are currently investing significant sums in standard OOH advertising formats and suppliers are trying to collect increasingly accurate data to increase the effectiveness of this communication channel. The supply of outdoor advertising operators in the Czech market is concentrated in a few large players. A critical price analysis on the imperfect competitive market

Perfect competition can be considered as a theoretical state. For this reason, this work is focused on the imperfectly competitive market and pricing in it. The aim is to investigate in more detail how specific companies with elements of monopoly use their position to determine the price for their product and price discrimination - they are so-called price makers. The work analyzes specific approaches to the pricing strategy of these companies.
