Webová administratíva pre mobilnú aplikácii MyMENDELU
Bistáková, Lenka
This diploma thesis deals with the design and following implementation of a front-end web administration for the mobile application MyMendelu, focusing on the creation of the application architecture and map module in the form of an interactive map. The individual modules are used to manage the most frequently asked questions, reports and rooms of the buildings and campus of Mendel University. Part of the diploma thesis is the analysis of modern frameworks and tools used for creating web front-ends, as well as the analysis of map libraries for building an interactive map. The functionality of the system is proposed based on this analysis, and the resulting solution using the Vue.js and Leaflet frameworks is based on the specification of the requirements contained in this thesis. The implemented administration presents a clear interface used by university employees to ensure the up-to-dateness of the mobile application data, without the need for the intervention of a programmer.

Mapping of historical technical buildings in the border region
CIMBURA, Jan
This bachelor's thesis discusses historical technical buildings in a boarding region. The beginning is focused on types of technical buildings, woodworks history and woodworking industry. Furthermore, there are described two main personalities who played an important role in this area. The main part of the thesis is focused on sawmills, shipping channels and power stations. Biggest and most significant sawmills, shipping channels and power stations in the border region are discussed in the following chapters, as well as places, where these objects were located. The goal of the thesis is to describe these historical objects in regional context and point them in maps.

Mapping of blind spots of public lighting in České Budějovice
SMRŽ, Pavel
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is mapping of blind spots in the selected part of České Budějovice. For this work the land of park Stromovka will be used, location of Švábův Hrádek and also campus of Jihočeská univerzita. Localization of public lighting by modern mobile applications enables better mapping of blind spots. Work is divided into 2 parts. First part contains literary recherche, which deals with geographical information system, geographic data collection method and description of public lighting. Second part of this bachelor thesis deals with the description of the territory of interest, methodology and carrying out research. The localization of public lightening will take place from 23.2 till 3.3. To create a map of localized lamps in the field, the mobile application Collector was used. Software ArcGIS was used for field data processing and map output creation.

Vývoj ploch vybraných zemědělských plodin v ČR
HLAVICA, Roman
This work deals with mapping the development of root crops in the Czech Republic. The purpose is to describe them, evaluate the development from 1920 to the present, the influences that led to changes in the development of root crops at a given time and mapping their development using ArcGIS. This work is divided into two stages. The first stage contains a literature search that describes the root crops in detail, the Geographic Information System (GIS). Methodology of data and data collection and description of their use. The second stage of this work contains a description of the effects on changes in the development of root crops over a period using the collected data and data, then their output in the form of a map created in GIS software.

Mapping of woody species in urban areas and connection to woody plants
BŘEZINOVÁ, Adéla
The aim of this bachelor thesis is mapping of woody species in a specific territory. The literary research is focused on sparse vegetation and its functions. Vegetation stages, trees in the city and the terms protection and felling of trees are described here. It is also focused on characteristics of the specific territory. It includes climatic, geomorphological, soil, geological, hydrological and agricultural conditions. These characteristics are described here due to the suitability of the trees and the reliability of habitat conditions. The territory of the Libkova Voda village is processed in the practical part. It is divided into nine parts. All woody species have a Latin name, family of plant, occurrence and origin. The whole territory is compared with a group of geobicene types.

Assessment of the evolutionary landuse and landcover changes in chosen parts of the Stropnice studied area
JIROUŠKOVÁ, Lenka
The ecologic explanation of term landscape is meant as the system of natural and fellow conditional elements those common relationships could be harmonic or unbalanced. The goal of studies in this conception is usually the structure, function and dynamics of the landscape. The most important factors causing the change of natural landscape into cultural landscape are agriculture and forestry. My work is aimed to show the landscape structure analysis results in the area of Bedřichovský potok basin. This area represents the example of very intensive agricultural used area of the south part of Czech Republic. Attachments of aerial pictures from years 1956, 2004, 2006 represents the course of changes of Czech landscape in second half of 20Th Century. On the basis of picture interpretation and GIS tools were quantified basic landscape usage types characteristics.

Cathegorization of small ponds in the PLA Broumovsko
Mňuková, Veronika ; Tátosová, Jolana (advisor) ; Černý, Martin (referee)
This bachelor thesis is about small artificial ponds and their value in landscape. It characterizes their basic features, colonization rate, role the play in maintaining biodiversity and their significance for nature conservation. In the practical part of my thesis, I am focusing on small ponds in CHKO Broumovsko and analyzing them in context with their possible colonization. The main aspects that I take into consideration, are their spatial distribution, age, biotopes in which they are situated, their relation to streams and terrain in their surroundings. The result of my work is cathegorization of the ponds, which reflects these characteristics and defines groups of potentially similar and different ponds. Hypothesis that emerged from this cathegorization will be further used in biodiversity research within my subsequent master thesis. Key words: small ponds, biodiversity, colonization, mapping, cathegorization

Learning the Face Behind a Voice
Krušina, Josef ; Matějka, Pavel (referee) ; Plchot, Oldřich (advisor)
This work addresses the problem of mapping fixed representations (embeddings) of a speech signal to face embeddings and then generating a face from the mapped embedding using a generative adversarial network (GAN) that was trained for face generation. GANs are a type of neural networks that can generate data similar to the data they were trained on. The architecture of the proposed system is based on four components: a face embedding extractor, a voice embedding extractor, an algorithm on top of a GAN that can generate a face from a face embedding, and my mapping network used to map a voice embedding to a face embedding. The pre-trained neural networks FaceNet and SpeechBrain are adopted as embedding extractors. A model that uses a pre-trained StyleGAN2 is adopted for backward face generation. The contribution of this work is that it allows the extrapolation of a face from audio signal only.

Detection of heavy metals in hard tissues by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy
Konečná, Anna ; Novotný, Karel (referee) ; Pořízka, Pavel (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the detection of heavy metals bioaccumulated in hard tissues by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). As model samples, murine mandibles and femurs of animals exposed to lead oxide or cadmium oxide nanoparticles were used. The exposure of animals lasted for 6 or 7 weeks. Control group of animals was exposed only to air for a reference. The distribution of biogenic elements and contaminants was determined by mapping the samples' surface using LIBS with a spatial resolution of 30 and 100 µm. The second part of the work focused on the possibility of using the method LIBS for quantitative analysis. Samples of hydroxyapatite standards were prepared as reference material. By their analysis a calibration curve was constructed, and the limits of detection and quantification were determined. Furthermore, a model for prediction of heavy metal concentration by calculation from the calibration curve was presented.
