Support for Dynamic Config Reload Inside Rsyslog
Lakatos, Attila ; Češka, Milan (referee) ; Rogalewicz, Adam (advisor)
Logy sú jedným z najcennejších aktív, pokiaľ ide o správu IT systému a monitoring. Medzi najkritickejšie patria strata správ vstupujúcich do systému a narušenie TCP/UDP spojenia, aj keď neboli vykonané žiadne zmeny v pravidlách.

Diploma thesis "Vạn Xuân" - Ten thousand springs: Vietnamese journal in Czech republic deals not only with the magazine itself, but also with the Vietnamese press in Czech Republic in general. It is impossible to study Vietnamese press in Czech Republic without historical knowledge about this community on Czech territory. Hence, in the first part of this paper, the Vietnamese migration is fully explained. The aim of this work is to find out, how magazine Vạn Xuân reflects parallel Words in which it works - in Czech majority and Vietnamese minor. It is also important to know the range of information from Vietnam that the journal brings. Since most of Vietnamese do not speak Czech well and can not obtain information from Czech media, Vietnamese magazines are their primary, sometimes the only information source that they have. Thereby, Vietnamese press in Czech Republic has an important role in shaping knowledge and maybe even opinion of its community. Vietnamese community is quite isolated from Czech society, since it is its natural character. However, by and by, it is still more vivid that without adaptation, the Vietnamese community can not adequately exist. It is necessary for them to be conscious about Czech matters of policy, economy, but also culture. Without this consciousness, they can get...

"We were writing between the lines" (TV portrait - journalist Marta Bystrovová)
Mališová, Klára ; Šobr, Michal (advisor) ; Osvaldová, Barbora (referee)
This bachelor thesis consists of two parts - a practical and a theoretical one. The practical part is called We were writing between the lines and it is a documentary TV portrait of Marta Bystrovová, who was a journalist in Svobodné slovo for 25 years (between 1966-1991). The editorial office of this journal was situated at Wenceslas Square and because of that, Marta Bystrovová became a direct witness of the milestones in the history of Czechoslovakia (such as 1968 and 1989). Despite the press oppression, she did not hesitate to honestly inform about the events. Therefore the documentary is trying to show how it all influenced her opinions and beliefs. It is also demonstrating that there are ordinary people with extraordinary life story, whom nobody is saying ‚thanks' to, but they undoubtedly contributed to the evolvement of our society. The theoretical part adds facts to the practical one. First of all, it introduces Svobodné slovo, then, in comparison with Rudé právo, it focuses on what were the differences between these two journals and what was the role of Svobodné slovo, which was not, unlike from Rudé právo, under straight control of the leading Communist party, and therefore was trying to inform honestly about what was happening. The following chapter is about portraits in Svobodné slovo,...
