Legal regulation of payments

1 Abstract Legal regulation of payments The thesis deals with the topic of legal regulation of the payment transactions, which is an indispensable part of the economic life of each of us today. The right setting of the operation of the payment system ensures and directly influences the efficiency of economic exchange, whether at the national or international level, in cash or non-cash forms. Not only because of the importance of economic exchange, the thesis pays the main attention to the regulation of funds, i.e. of banknotes and coins, scriptural money as well as electronic money. The thesis aims to introduce the legal regulation of funds and the related use of modern electronic payment instruments, such as payment cards, internet banking, mobile banking and electronic wallets. In order to achieve the defined objective, the thesis discusses the amendment to Act No. 370/2017 Coll., On Payments, and the PSD2 Directive in the context of other legal regulations and financial market rules. The thesis is divided into four chapters that present the issues in question and whose subsequent outputs are summarized in the conclusion. Its aim is to evaluate and analyze funds’ performance and methods of assessment. The added value of the theme lies in the potential for further development of sustainable investment, focusing on the current opportunities that investors can use on the Czech market.
Equity of selected accounting entities

This bachelor thesis is focused on equity of selected accounting entities. Its main goal is to provide a reader a comprehensive view of the equity of selected entities and provide practical examples for booking. The theoretical part makes the familiar with the individual items of equity and at the same time shows the basic accounting entries. The reader learns at one point what the individual components of the equity of the selected entities are and for which selected entities the equity categories are obligatory. At the theoretical level, using the T-format ("téčka"), author provides basic accounting entries relating to equity operations. In the practical part, the author works with examples that follow the theoretical part. These examples have the task, in practical examples, to show readers how to properly book for equity transactions of selected entities.
Accounting and Tax Contexts of the State-funded Organizations on the Example Pod Palmovkou Theater in Prague

The aim of this diploma thesis is to point out the specifics of state-funded organizations, especially in the areas of budgets, accounting and financial statements and in taxes. The work ends with practical examples of these topics from the Pod Palmovkou Theater and my suggestions for improvement.
Creating an Educational Project Financed by the EU Structural Funds

The subject of the bachelor thesis is preparation of a project application for an educational project subsidized by the European Union. The thesis includes an analysis of the requirements that are necessary for the preparation of the project. The theoretical part of the thesis contains the characteristic of the European structural and investment funds and the project management. In addition, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the grant opportunities provided by the EU and the selection of an appropriate operational program for project application processing.

Goal is to find out what kind of subsidies can company gain for her growth as well as growth of its employees. What does it need to do to obtain them, what requirements it must meet and to find out (by usage of calculations) whether it will be beneficial for the company. Mainly subsidies programmes from european structural and investment funds will be analyzed in this thesis.
