Proposal for Activities of Strategic Development of Brand of Small Company in the Stage of Internationalization

The thesis deals with the design of a brand development framework for a small Czech technology company that wants to expand into foreign markets. The company's current brand, Stroje Polák, is well established on the Czech market, but its name is not clear in international communication and may be perceived as a reference to Poland. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part defining key concepts related to brand management, an analytical part identifying the characteristics of the current brand and a design part combining existing knowledge and presenting a proposal for brand development for expansion into foreign markets.

Analytical part is focusing on the external and internal environment of the company towards the expansion of the company to the foreign market. In the proposing part there is own suggested design of the suitable way of expansion followed by evaluation, especially from an economical point of view.

Proposal for the Expansion of Infant Food to the Vietnamese Market

The subject of the diploma thesis is the presentation of a procedure manual for a Czech company with baby food products when entering the Vietnamese market. The company selected for the submission of the manual is engaged in the production and distribution of baby food for infants and young children. The work is divided into four parts. In the introductory part, the issue is defined, the main and sub-goals to be achieved by the diploma thesis are set, and the methods used are described. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of the solved problem. This part is followed by an analytical part with an analysis of the current state of the company. The last part contains our own solution proposals, including an economic evaluation.

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of the expansion strategy of a selected company on the foreign market. The company is engaged in the business of providing services mainly in the babysitting sector. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The introductory part of the thesis defines the problem to be solved and sets the main objective of the thesis, which is followed by the sub-objectives that the thesis aims to achieve. The first part further describes the methodology used in the diploma thesis. The second part of the diploma thesis is focused ont the key theoretical concepts related to the problem. The theoretical part is followed by the analytical part, which describes the current state of the selected market and the company under study. The last part of the thesis is devoted to proposals and recommendations for the entry of the company into the selected foreign market.
