The Creation of a Training Program to Improve the Coordination Skills in a Youth Soccer Team FK Jindřichův Hradec 1910

This bachelor thesis focuses on making a training program designed to improve coordination skills of the under-15 category players from the FK Jindřichův Hradec 1910 club. The program contains a set of specific and nonspecific exercises, which are easy to understand for this age group and are also not demanding on the equipment of the club. The exercises are focused on developing the coordination skills of players. The training program is targeted for the FK Jindřichův Hradec 1910 club. The training program can also be used by other clubs of similar performance and similar equipment. The FK Jindřichův Hradec 1910 club has long not reached the level of the most successful clubs in the country. The analytical part of this thesis contains an explanation of the complexity of the term coordination and its unclear delimitation and complex definitions. It also contains information from the theory of sports training, and the specifics of age categories. The thesis focuses on theoretical bases for making a practical training program and methods of verification. Included in this thesis is a set of testing exercises that are focused on the coordination components of football players. The set of testing exercises is based on the literature and can serve as a source of information for verifying the effectiveness of the training program.
Verification of a special training program and its influence on development of coordination skills among young football players

A method that allows us to process information, perform qualitative content analysis. The aim of this method is to compare information, its scope and meaning and then to draw a qualitative conclusion. The aim of this work was to verify whether the special training created would affect the coordination skills of young footballers. Our research group consists of 16 young football players of 10-11 years of age. They fit into the U11 category which also includes football players of younger age. The players of the U11 category train 3 times a week for an hour and half with a match held at the weekends during the match season. During our testing, the players underwent their regular training three times a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) in the first two months, with the training divided into two training units (Tuesday and Thursday). Additionally, there was one weekend match. Since the 5th of October 2020, the training frequency decreased to training twice a week due to the emergency lockdown announced by the government of Czech Republic. The tested players are all male and have all regularly been playing football for the past 3 years. The results were statistically compared with the paired t-test with the 0.05 significance mark. The results compared the baseline data (pre-training) with the post-training data after the players underwent the specific training. The data was obtained from particular tests (IOWA BRACE test, run with somersault, dribbling with 3 balls and running with changing of directions) which assess the level of coordination skills. Based on the results of the t - test, we were able to accept the hypothesis H1, H2, H3 and H4 at the significance level of 0.05.
Motor control testing and coordination and speed abilities

Title: Testing speed and coordination skills in the military environment: a systematic review Objective: Based on a literature search, find out which tests of speed and coordination skills are used in foreign armies. Methods: The presented work is done in the form of a systematic review. Web of Science, Scopus and PubMed databases were selected for searching articles. The search was performed using two search scripts, the first focused on speed and the second on coordination skills. 439 and 297 studies were retrieved from the search scripts and unsystematic searches. These studies were subsequently screened and removed according to the systematic search procedure. After final removal, 33 studies remained for speed and 23 for coordination. Results: The highest representation was found in tests focused on a combination of speed and coordination skills, especially agility tests. Of these, the most used tests are the Illinois Agility Test, the Pro-Agility Test, the 3x5 m shuttle run and the 15 m slalom. The second most represented group is the speed tests, which focus on sprints over various distances. There are 8 different tests in total, with the 20, 30 and 15 m sprints being the most represented. New regulations on the coordination of social security in the EU - basic principles and coordination of sickness benefits

It has been almost one year since the new Regulations No 883/2004 and 987/2009 came into force on 1.5.2010. These regulations replaced the former Regulations No 1408/71 and 574/72, which had been laying down the rules for coordination of the national social security systems for almost 40 years. As the extent of issue is relatively huge I have focused only on some aspects of coordination. The first chapter concerns the general concept of coordination and the sources of coordination law. It also includes the detailed description of personal and material scope of regulations. One part of this chapter is dealing also with some of the new concepts included in the regulation. The second chapter describes the basic social security coordination principles, ie. the principle of equal treatment, the principle of single applicable legislation, the principle of exporting the benefits and the aggregation principle. In addition to these four basic principles mentioned above new rule for the assimilation of facts is described. This is in fact a new principle, previously applied only on the basis of case-law. Effect of swimming lessons at increasing flexibility and mobility for elementary school children

Purpose of this thesis is to determine how affects has basic swimming training on mobility and flexibility on elementary school children. Use the appropriate tests mobility and flexibility. I examinand how is mobility changing. Testing will take twice. The first test will take at the beginning of swimming training. The second test will take place at the end of swimming training, the last hour. Then I measured results are compared and evaluated. The theoretical part is about characteristics young school age and to explain and clarify the basic concepts. The experimental part describes the methods and the results are verbal evaluation.
Stimulation of strength, speed, and coordination, abilities in the ice hockey goaltender

Thesis title: Stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities in the ice hockey goaltender. Aim of the thesis: To describe theoretical basis of stimulation in ice hockey goaltenders. To design a model of goaltender's strength, speed and coordination training and to find suitable methods, means and forms of the stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities focused on youth teams and older goaltenders. Method: Qualitative analysis of document contents was used to identify the main theoretical basis of stimulation of goaltenders strength, speed and coordination abilities. Determiners of goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination development were described on the basis of deeper analysis. The main theoretical resources were finally integrated into a logical complex by the method of synthesis. Title Coordination abilities in long-term concept sports training of children Objective The point of the thesis is handle the issue of coordination ability. In the first part of the thesis I will talk about general issues of children's sports training, developmental patterns and the characteristic of sensitive periods. The fundamental basis of my research part is find out how the coordination skills involved in long-term sports training, what is their role in motor development of children and what their biological basis. Methods The thesis has a theoretical character and it uses qualitative methods: compares, analyses and interprets texts and data acquired through background research. Results Coordination skills have proven essential element of successful mastery of motor skills in the concept of long-term sports training more or less dependent on coordination. If there are individual skills developed in the sensitive periods is very difficult to catch up with missed this and achieve the same level of skills acquired. Movement in mathematics

In my thesis I concern with the use of motoric activities in math classes. The chapters that offer a range of motoric activities were processed on the base of a questionnaire and an experiment. Some of the activities are currently being implemented in math classes by teachers of first, second and third grades at primary schools, others are part of textbooks designed for this age group. In addition to that, I offer five more possible activities, which have been recorded and interpreted within six experiments. The goal of the thesis is to demonstrate that physical movement cannot be separated from the life of six to nine years old children, and offer some motoric activities, which can potentially be contributive for development of mathematical skills and abilities.
Interaciton between speech and motion of a schoolgirl with developmental dysphasia

Final work "Interaction between speech and motion of a schoolgirl with developmental dysphasia" is focusing on finding in which way are speech and movement skill interacting specifically in the case of a school-girl with serious developmental dysphasia. In its theoretical part I'm focusing at first on the term disturbed communication ability, development dysphasia, its symptomatology and then at the term verbal development dyspraxia. Important information concerning this dilemma are also listed in second chapter which focuses on the problem of reading, process of mastering of reading and writing with understanding. The third chapter of the theoretical part is focusing on characteristics of terms as movement, motoric acts, coordination and also dyspraxia. I based the practical part on testing of children of the third grade at usual basic school as well as at the basic logopaedia school, which is attended also by the school-girl with serious development dysphasia I've been observing and monitoring. I created two different tests. First about reading with understanding and then second one about movement abilities. Their goal was to find in which way are reading and movement abilities interacting.
