Czech and Finnish primary school teacher in the background of inclusive education

The dissertation addresses the issue of primary school teachers in the conditions of inclusive education in the Czech Republic and Finland. The aim of the whole thesis is to create and compare real profiles of Czech and Finnish teachers with an emphasis on finding out what is behind the quality of inclusive education in Finland and how these findings can improve inclusive education and the teaching profession in the Czech context. The key aim is to create a profile of the primary school teacher in inclusive education, i.e. the teacher's conception of the teacher's educational processes, competences and the real conditions that the teacher needs to work in a heterogeneous classroom. In order to achieve the aim, a comparative nature of the work and a qualitative case study design was chosen, where the case is understood as a primary school teacher against the background of inclusive education - the total number of participants is 20 teachers (10 Czech and 10 Finnish). Content and thematic analysis of Czech and foreign sources were chosen as the main methods to secure data, and the findings became the basis for further reflection and the creation of semi-structured interviews and observations. Methods: The general part is about the information of diagnosis and explanation main terms about the disease and about suitable therapeutic methods, that could be used. The case study consist of kinesiological examination, physiotherapeutic plan and therapy, ten therapeutic units, the final kinesiological examination and effects of therapy. The influence of a movement intervention based on developmental kinesiology principles on female athletes in the 18+ category of sports aerobics.

Title: The influence of a movement intervention based on developmental kinesiology principles on female athletes in the 18+ category of sports aerobics. Objective: Determining the effectiveness of a 10week movement intervention based on core stabilization for correcting faulty posture and alleviating back pain in four elite sport aerobics competitors in the age category of 18 and above. Methods: Evaluation of body posture aspects in a static standing position, examination of trunk stabilization, Young Spine Questionnaire survey, and a 10week movement intervention utilizing exercises to strengthen trunk stabilization based on the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization concept enriched with a mobilizing exercise for the Sacroiliac joint. Qualitative research is chosen as the research strategy. Results: The 10week movement program based on strengthening trunk stabilization according to the DNS concept with an element of releasing the SI joint had a positive impact on reducing the frequency of back pain in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions of the spine by one degree in 3 out of 4 girls. Reduction in pain intensity in the cervical spine occurred in 3 out of 4 girls by one degree, in the thoracic spine, all girls experienced a reduction in pain intensity by one degree, and in the lumbar spine, 3...
Development of spoken German language among students with special needs at lower secondary school

The diploma thesis deals with the development of spoken language in German among pupils with special educational needs in primary schools. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out whether the applied activities implemented within the intervention sessions contributed to the development of spoken language in selected pupils with special educational needs. The monitored pupils attend the ninth grade of a primary school established according to section 16 of the Education Act. One of the monitored pupils has a diagnosed specific learning disability, the second pupil has a diagnosed hyperkinetic disorder with attention deficit and the third monitored pupil has a diagnosed autism spectrum disorder. The theoretical part deals with the teaching of German as a second foreign language in Czech elementary schools, with spoken language, with the special educational needs of the monitored pupils and, last but not least, with the manifestations of these diagnoses in the teaching of the German language. The practical part contains research led by the case study method, which is carried out through eight intervention meetings with the monitored pupils. Preparation of teachers for the revision of the RVP in the field of informatics

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to map changes in RVP in the field of informatics, to define individual problems that schools may encounter, and also to map the reactions of individual schools and teachers to these problems. To achieve these objectives, a qualitative research method was used, and the individual research results are supported by citations from respondents. The thesis clarifies the problems associated with the implementation of the new RVP and can also serve as a basis for teachers to find out how other schools work with the given problems. The thesis can also serve as a basis for further studies associated with the revision of RVP, or as a basis for further revisions of RVP.
Case Study of MADMONG as an example of marketing on Twitch

The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify which specific marketing tools were used by MADMONQ in order to reach its current stable position on Czech-Slovak gaming and streaming scene. The brand, originally a startup, became famous by bringing a whole new product to the gaming market, the first nutritional supplement made specifically for gamers. And its breakthrough was able to happen mainly thanks to the Twitch streaming platform. Therefore, the qualitative research of this thesis is set into a context of history and characteristics of Twitch, game marketing, the streaming phenomenon and influencer marketing. The research itself, which results in a complex case study, is based upon an in-depth interview with MADMONQ's founder and current CEO Michal Noga, on an analysis of the brand's online marketing tools, a SWOT analysis and on a survey in which streamers promoting products by this brand on their streaming channels took part. The case study is exposing the best and worst practices which led MADMONQ to its current position and explains the brand's communication strategy, which is from the very beginning focused on solely gamers, while striving to fulfill its mission that every gamer gives health the same amount of attention, they give to their hardware setup.
Improving project management processes in a non-governmental, non-profit organization.

Práce zkoumá problémy, kterým čelí nestátní nezisková organizace při získávání a udržení kvalifikovaných projektových manažerů. Problémy vyplývají z nízkých platů a jedinečných charakteristik cílové skupiny. V důsledku toho organizace najímá mladé, nezkušené absolventy a poskytuje jim školení v oblasti projektového řízení. Zajištění důkladného pochopení zásad projektového řízení a jejich efektivní aplikace však představuje problém. Cílem práce je navrhnout praktická řešení a doporučení k řešení zjištěných problémů prostřednictvím ucelené příručky. Analyzuje současnou situaci, porovnává standardy projektového řízení a představuje případovou studii, která identifikuje klíčové problémy. Práce rovněž zkoumá dopad navrhovaných řešení a jejich potenciální přínos pro organizaci. Rozšířením postupů projektového řízení a poskytnutím doplňujícího zdroje znalostí se práce snaží podpořit nové zaměstnance v pochopení úlohy a překonání problémů při efektivním řízení projektů.
