SW for signal generation simulating rotary system faults
Martínek, Marek ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design and creation of an algorithm for generating simulated signal data from a vibration diagnostics device. The first part is focused on theoretical acquaintance with vibration diagnostics and characteristics of individual defects of rotary machines. The next part deals with the possibilities of mathematical and kinematic simulations using a computer software. The main part of this work is dedicated to design and creation of software for generating simulated signal data. In the last part, the principle of simulation of specific defects of rotary machines is clearly demonstrated.
Applicability of the deterministic methods in blade tip-timing analyses
Maturkanič, Dušan ; Procházka, Pavel ; Hodboď, Robert ; Tchawou Tchuisseu, Eder Batista
The paper describes the possible use of the deterministic methods for analyses of blade vibration. In this respect, the main attention is focused on turbine rotor speed instabilities which could cause inaccuracy of results. The initial method and approach were presented in previous works. The measurements were performed in the Laboratory of the rotational laser vibrometry in the Institute of Thermomechanics, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.
Measurement and signal processing with myRio kit
Heteš, Marek ; Spáčil, Tomáš (referee) ; Kšica, Filip (advisor)
This thesis deals with research of options for data acquisition and signal analysis, of the myRIO kit and LabVIEW platform. Next it describes the design of application for data acquisition and signal analysis, and the last chapter of this thesis is about testing and a practical demonstration of our application.
Online diagnostics of machine tools
Zářecký, Tomáš ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
This thesis deals with vibration diagnostics and on-line monitoring systems of several producers. Furthermore, this thesis contains a description and evaluation of measuring the vibrations of the machine tool spindle when machining test samples with different cutting conditions and evaluating the surface quality of test samples.
Design of operational limits for machine tool diagnostic system
Hrbáček, Vlastimil ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Jankových, Róbert (advisor)
The Master's thesis deals with online vibration diagnostics of a milling center. It contains a methodology to determine the vibration operating limits and to detect machine of condition monitoring. The thesis also contains a general description of maintenance and technical diagnostics with a focus on vibrodiagnostics. The main part of the thesis is to solve the problem of determining the operating limits of spindle vibration depending on the production program. The essence of the solution is to determine vibration limits for individual milling tools.
Online vibration diagnostics of the DATRON milling machine spindle
Kříž, Petr ; Hammer, Miloš (referee) ; Jankových, Róbert (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with online vibration diagnostics of the milling machine spindle. It is aimed at the implementation of the complex online vibration diagnostics system to chosen milling machine, the suggestion of the vibration measurement system and the suggestion of the evaluation of changes of the technical condition of this milling machine spindle. The description of the vibration diagnostics, the description of the milling machine spindle construction and function and the suggestions for the practical application of vibration diagnostics are also parts of this thesis.
The influence of the frequency converter on the life and damage of bearings
Mynář, Josef ; Hammer, Miloš (referee) ; Nahodil, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the technical diagnostics of machines with a closer focus on vibrational diagnostics. In the thesis is elaborated a design of a diagnostic system with measurement methodology, measurement procedure and evaluation of measured data on the machine produced by Siemens.
Fault Diagnosis of electrical machines using vibrations
Čech, Roman ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
The task of this thesis is to introduce the problems of vibrafon sources in asynchronous motor and their effects and risks to the engine. We will classify the sources of vibration, we will focus for the defects of bearings and for dynamic and static eccentricity. The thesis includes vibration measurement for asynchronous motor, analysis and evaluation of bearings defects and eccentricities.
Realization of Educational Problem on Experimental Apparatus for Measurement of Gear Efficiency
Runštuk, Jiří ; Mazůrek, Ivan (referee) ; Klapka, Milan (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of the educational role of the experimental station for measuring the effectiveness of gears. The proposed laboratory task "Experimental measurement of the effectiveness of gears" is intended to familiarize students with the basic principles of gears and especially highlight the issue of the effectiveness of gears. In this presented thesis, it is also suggested the possibility of expanding the educational use of the experimental station. This extension deals with vibration diagnostics of frequencies of gears.
Diagnosis of mechanical vibrations in asynchronous motor origin
Dostál, Martin ; Dostál, Lukáš (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
Every machine needs to be maintained and controlled, if may work reliably during they service life. Big part of service life of expensive machines are those machines in operation. Vibration diagnostics is type of analysis, that doesn’t need removal of rotation machinery. The vibration, that are created by running machinery, are used as source of information about mode of operation. This master’s thesis contains theoretical analysis of vibration diagnostics and vibration measurements of a particular machine. This thesis contains 3D models of bearings and rotor asynchronous machine, which are created by software Autodesk Inventor 2014. Bearings vibration analysis of this models is performed by software Ansys Workbench.
