Trust between the workers of People and Roma clients.

Within the European Union, the Czech Roma minority faces one of the highest levels of discrimination. However, the approach of social workers who help Romani people solve problems caused by this discrimination has its specificities. Building trust in the relationship between the social worker and the Romanui client is one of the essential requirements for successful social work. My bachelor's thesis focuses on the relationship between a social worker and a Romani client, with an emphasis on trust. The theoretical part describes the concepts of social work, trust, and the Roma population. Furthermore, these concepts are interconnected, thus I describe trust in the context of social work, Romani clients in social work, and trust within the Roma population.Additionally, my work addresses two research questions - Research Question 1: How does trust manifest, build, and transfer within the context of social work with Romani clients? and Research Question 2: How does social work adapt to the cultural contexts of Romani clients? In the analytical part of the work, I analyze data obtained through semi-structured interviews and participant observation in selected services, primarily in a low-threshold facility for children and youth and in a preschool club. Proposal for Changes of Internal Communication Processes in a Selected Company

The thesis deals with the topic of internal communication in the chosen company Stupka s.r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic concepts of communication and is supplemented by current approaches to communication, such as the layout of communication according to Generation Y and Z, or new chat platforms in electronic communication channels. The main goal of the thesis is to propose changes that will lead to an improvement of the current state of internal communication in the selected company and will be sustainable in its future development. The design measures are preceded by an analysis of the current state, which was carried out using a qualitative research method, specifically through direct interviews with company employees.

Recycling

The intention of the bachelor thesis is mainly to highlight the surplus of materials and the overwhelming of the planet with waste, the possibilities of recycling solid materials such as metal and remelting them into other objects. Working not only with the material but also with the people inside the scrap metal is essential. Creating a social contact with the workers and working together to transform the waste into sculptural works and create a video is essential for the bachelor thesis.

Risk analysis and management of technological stages of construction

This thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of quality, environmental, and security risks, hazards and application of appropriate methodology to a particular construction project. For an application is selected the key construction technology - walling. Diploma thesis establishes a framework for risk management on the basis of established integrated management system (IMS) defines the objectives and mechanisms in controlling adherence to standards, evaluation of business risks, defining risk management strategies, the draft risk management procedures, monitoring their functioning, assessing their performance and any improvement and support the process of supplying the required information.

Analysis of costs on the workers in the construction company

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the costs of workers in the construction company. The subject is the definition of the costs of permanent employees and external employees in a particular construction company. The terms wage policy in the Czech Republic, wages and salaries, prices in construction, workers and THP workers are defined. The following section describes the costs that an undertaking has for its permanent employees and the cost it has for external employees. It is also compared whether it is advantageous to hire or have permanent employees. At the end of the work, it is evaluated whether it is preferable to hire or have them as permanent employees. The reasons why the company has it set up in this way are also clarified.

The subject of the bachelor thesis: „Proposal for a Change of the System of Labour Recruitment in a Company“ is an analysis of the current recruitment system and employee motivation program at Authentica s.r.o. providing suggestions for improvements. The first part of this thesis focuses on explanation of the terms: manpower and job. The second part of the thesis examines the personnel policy, recruitment system and motivation of employees at Authentica, s.r.o. The conclusion offers suggestions of improvements to the combined system of recruitment and work motivation.
