The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation and proposals for its improvement at Rudolf Jelinek a.s. in the years 2017 to 2021. The thesis is divided into three basic parts, namely the theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of concepts. The analytical part introduces the company and applies the calculations and procedures defined in the theoretical part of the thesis. The design part of the thesis presents its own proposals for improving the financial situation of the company.

Assessment of the Warehouse Management Information System and Proposal for Changes

The thesis focuses on the assessment of the warehouse management system and the proposal of changes to improve the current situation. The company within which the issue is addressed is JEDNOTA, a consumer cooperative in Boskovice, which is part of the COOP group and operates a network of retail stores with consumer goods. In the thesis, the theoretical background is first elaborated, which serves to understand the issue. The following part is devoted to the analysis of the company including its surroundings. Here an assessment of the current information system for warehouse management is also made. The remaining part of the thesis is devoted to the proposal of possible changes and their description.

Assessment of Economic Situation of the Company

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the economic situation of the selected company in the period from 2017 to 2021. The theoretical part contains an explanation of the basic concepts of economic analysis. Part of the practical part is information about the selected company and its competition, calculations of individual indicators of financial analysis, analysis of the external surroundings and the resulting interpretation. The last part deals with the proposal to improve the economic situation of the company.

Proposal for Changes to the Information System of Small Business

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of changes to the company's information system MKM Pack s.r.o., which will lead to the improvement of efficiency and the current state. In the first part I describe the basic concepts that are necessary to understand the topic or closely related to it. In the second part, I assess the state of the company and its information system with the help of the developed analyses. Based on these analyses, I have found the shortcomings of the information system, on which I have suggested changes in the final numbered chapter.

The thesis deals the course of an order in the company Dadka Vracov s.r.o., from the very beginning to the handover to the customer. The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concepts related to the subject. The analytical part is devoted to the description of the current contract process in the company. Furthermore, improvements are proposed to improve the contract flow in the company.

Possibility of Entry into the Textile Production Industry in the Czech Republic

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Possibility of entry into the textile production industry in the Czech Republic. The main goal is therefore evaluation of possible entry and attractiveness, which is done based on the method of pair comparison. In the theoretical part are described methods used in the practical part. The main foundation for the final assessment is PEST analysis, Porter´s Five Forces Analysis, evaluation of barriers of entry, key driving forces of change and finally attractiveness of the industry, which is determined as 3, 42. This value indicates attractiveness slightly above average. Potential entrant should enter the market as a firm specialized only on certain type of high quality and innovative products.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the development of a business plan, which is a food truck. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and application. In the theoretical part are defined terms related to the topic of the thesis. These terms include entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, trade, workshop, business company, small and medium-sized enterprise, food truck, business plan and its structure. The application part consists of the business plan itself of the food truck, which would solve the problem of shopping unavailability in small villages. The thesis uses SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces model and customer analysis.

COMPETITION ANALYSIS IN SERVICES INDUSTRY ON A SMALL COMPANY EXAMPLE

The thesis analyses the ability of competiton of a company in the service branch, in the sector of the installation electronic safeguard alarm. This sector is relatively unknown that´s why it is necessary to be still ingeminate. One of partial aims of thesis was an analyse of the historical development till the present, and an analyse of the inner and outer environment. For this have been used methods of the Porter´s model and a questionnaire. The main aim was a project of efficient advertising and a improving the organization structure. One of the results of the thesis is creation of advertising campaign in various media in the way that affects to business and non-business subject. The results of this campaign should be visualization of the sector of the electronic safeguarding alarm and information about their possibilities. The second improvement includes better structure of the organisation.
