Author: Daniil Petrov Title: Comparison of selected multifunctional winter stadiums Objectives: The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to compare two selected multifunctional winter stadiums with similar visitor capacity, both in terms of construction and in terms of financing construction and operation. Within the construction aspect, the work outlines the functionality of selected buildings and a comparison of the individual components of the winter stadium with regard to the main - the match hall and the training hall. Position of space private sector in China and USA

The bachelor thesis deals with the differences in approach of liberal-democratic regimes and authoritative regimes in relation to the private space sector in terms of the long-term sustainability of each approach, in the cases of the People's Republic of China and the United States of America as representatives of these regimes. The aim of the thesis is to find out the relationship of the cases to the private space sector from the beginning of the "New Space" era to the present day. "New Space" represents the rise of commercial actors and private companies who intend to use the space for commercial gain. This "New Space" ecosystem forms new relationships between countries and private actors, which also leads to changes in national space programs. While states maintain their leading position in the space domain, they are increasingly linked to the "New Space" actors. However, the state-private sector relationship differs depending on the regime in which the country operates. Legal aspects of financing a limited liability company conducting business in the field of modern technologies Abstract This thesis deals with the issue of financing limited liability companies that operate in the field of modern technologies, otherwise known as startups. This type of companies is characterized by several specific features that usually make them unable to be financed by banks or similar financial institutions. Startups are therefore financed by specific joint stock companies set up for this purpose in one of two ways. Either through the direct purchase of equity in the company or through a convertible loan. The former approach is referred to as equity financing, while the latter is referred to as debt financing. The description and comparison of these two approaches with respect to their benefits and shortcomings is the main focus of this thesis. In the first chapter, the term startup itself is examined in detail. By synthesizing the definitions of various authors, the basic elements that a company should have in order to be called a startup are presented. Next, it is discussed why startups in the Czech Republic exist in the form of limited liability companies.
