Applied automation between security network components in operational networks

Ecotoxicological evaluation of biologically active substances
Čeganová, Renáta ; Vytlačilová, Jitka (advisor) ; Karlíčková, Jana (referee)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmaceutical Botany and Ecology Candidate: Bc. Renáta Čeganová Supervisor: RNDr. Jitka Vytlačilová, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: Ecotoxicological evaluation of biologically active substances For the observation of the ecotoxicological effects was selected griseofulvin that can be used as antifungal drug and local anesthetic dibucaine hydrochloride. Their analysis was performed by using a multigenerational test with a protozoan Tetrahymena thermophila, Rotoxkit F test with a rotifer Brachionus calyciflorus and algal test with Desmodesmus subspicatus. The mortality or inhibitory effects of the test substances on the growth of organisms was observed. The most sensitive of the test organisms for dibucaine hydrochloride was rotifer Brachionus calyciflorus and for griseofulvin it was alga Desmodesmus subspicatus. Keywords: ecotoxicity, biologically active substances, endpoint, biotests

Virtualized web application for receiving data from sensors
Kharytonov, Oleh ; Fujdiak, Radek (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jan (advisor)
At the beginning of the theoretical part, the bachelor thesis focuses on LPWAN or Low-Power Wide-Area Network technology. Systems that are characterized by low power consumption and wide coverage. Their key features are discussed. Subsequently, attention is paid to the LoRaWAN\texttrademark\ standard,. Initially, LoRa\textsuperscript{\tiny\textregistered} modulation is discussed - the modulation techniques used and the advantages over competitors. The next step discusses LoRaWAN\texttrademark\, - architecture, types of end devices and security. Virtualization - uses in today's world, discusses types of virtualization and its benefits. The practical part introduces the commissioning of open-source LoRaWAN\texttrademark\, ChirpStack server, gateway, endpoint registration and activation. Attention is paid to an application programmed using Flask for device management and data reception. The principle of operation and commissioning of the virtualized web application is explained. Finally, the results and possible ways to improve the application are described.

SpaceWire Endpoint implementation
Hráček, Marek ; Fujcik, Lukáš (referee) ; Dvořák, Vojtěch (advisor)
This work deals with the SpaceWire standard, that is used to convey the communication between modules and subsystems on board spacecrafts. Theoretical part describes standard, the way it operates and logic layers in which various functions are divided. Next part is describing design of SpaceWire endpoint itself. Presented are individual components and solutions to implement features of standard. Last chapter deals with device utilization and reached speed after synthesis with specific FPGA.

USB Host with PIC Microcontrollers
Kučera, Pavel ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Hanáček, Petr (advisor)
The aim of master thesis is implementation of USB host in a microcontroller PIC. The thesis contains description of ways of peripherals to computer connections with detailed description of USB bus. There are also discussed several approaches in implementations USB host for embedded systems. A concept of layered USB host system is designed on the basis of analysis of the state of the art. Finally, the designed system is implemented in microcontroller. Resulting firmware of development kit is tested on real USB device.

Sevices WCF
ENINGER, Boris
The main goal of this thesis is to acquaint readers with the modern technology Windows Communication Foundation. People who are interested in it can learn via several tutorial lessons how to create and set WCF services. In addition to it, the work describes some techniques of the security service and gives the basic look into hosting area. The problems are explained through visual aids. The sample of audiovisual presentation is available.
