Author: Vojtěch Martinec Title: Business planfor a football camp for children Goal: The main objective of the thesis is to create a business plan, which in the context of the analysis of the external and internal environment will serve as a basis for the creation of a new business strategy of the Broumov football school. Methods: In this thesis, qualitative research methods are used, which include a literature search on business plan development and business analysis. Several analyses were conducted to obtain sufficient data. Descriptive document and marketing mix analysis, financial analysis and PEST analysis were used. The information from these analyses was summarized and evaluated using SWOT analysis. Based on the outputs of these analyses, recommendations for adjusting the strategy were made. Results: The result of the work is the proposed recommendations that could lead to an increase in the number of customers. Other recommendations are suggestions that will help to increase the revenue generated from the business itself. The theoretical part defines the key aspects of business that are necessary to know for creating the plan. The analytical part analyzes the current market situation, analyzes the competition, and the strengths, weaknesses, possible opportunities, and threats of the business. The work also presents its own proposed solutions, including a financial plan and marketing strategy.

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on creating a business expansion plan for the joint stock company. The subject matter is to buy a milling machine for production of milled plates including attachments and necessary building modifications. My thesis consists of three parts. The first part describes a theoretical knowledge, the second part is dedicated to an analysis of the current state. The third part is focused on making suggestion. The investment is planned, evaluated and compared with the state when the plates are bought already milled. In addition the thesis includes some accounting and taxation aspects connected with purchaising and financing of fixed asset.

Based on the plan, the company decides whether to launch the product on the market or not.

The theoretical part contains the definition of basic concepts in the field of business. Furthermore, these findings are applied to the analytical part, where these basic steps were used to compile an analysis of the external and internal environment. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the implementation of a specific business plan and ensuring its feasibility in funeral design segment.

The thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a café in Uherské Ostroh, which will focus on a special offer of drinks and desserts. This thesis starts with the theoretical part, where a literature search on the topic is conducted, which is necessary for the development of the other parts. The theoretical part is followed by an analysis of the current situation, which includes an analysis of the general environment, the industry environment and a SWOT analysis. Marketing research is also conducted to determine the preferences and demand of potential customers. This is followed by the design part where the results of the analysis and marketing research are used and an organisational, operational, marketing and financial plan is drawn up. At the very end of the work, a turning point is found and the return on investment is evaluated.

Business Plan - Production and Sale of Cider

This thesis focuses on the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a company focused on the production and sale of cider in the South Moravian Region. The aim of the thesis is to develop proposals that can serve as a basis for the real establishment of the enterprise. The thesis is divided into three parts, where the first part deals with the definition of the theoretical background for the business, the business plan and selected methods of strategic analysis. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the current situation, i.e. the analysis of the external and internal environment of the enterprise and the conduct of marketing research. In the third part, proposals are developed based on the findings of the analysis. Among the proposals, the formulation of the company's activities, the company's strategy, the company's processes, the marketing plan and the financial plan are developed.
