Analysis of forces and means of Integrated Rescue System basic components, emergency scopes

The thesis deals with brief analysis of forces and appliances of Fire rescue service, Police and Emergency medical services. Operations concerning collaboration of IRS bodies in the emergency are also described. The author points out on fire technique, which is outdated and that need restoration. At the end of this work it is dealt with some advantages and disadvantages of using forces and appliances in present conditions including suggestions for improvement. A case study based on a true incident and involved attendance of IRS is presented in the appendix.

The relationship of the toss to the success of the first service in tennis

Title: The relationship of the toss to the success of the first service in tennis Objectives: The main aim of this work is to determine how the toss impacts the success rate of first tennis serve for both amateur and professional players. Methods: The initial data set was obtained by method of indirect observation using video recording of 8 professional and 2 amateur players. Each of them did 40 direct serves which were recorded and processed using Dartfish 10 software. Followingly the serves were sorted into categories - successfull, into net, out - long ball and out - on the side. Acquired data was processed using statistical (ANOVA) and effect size (Cohen's d) significance. Results: Based on substantive significance it can be said that for the y-axis the players only reached values of low effect with their serves. Larger effect of substantive significance, namely d=0.94, was reached by average values among serves which were played into the net or were out on the side. Balls, which were hit by professional at highest average hight of 273.7 cm ended up as long ball out. On the contrary, tosses hit at average distance of 63.7 cm from the baseline ended up in the net. A good serve was achieved at average distance of 61.6 cm from the baseline and at average hight of 272.9 cm. Keywords: tennis,...

Title: Analysis of ice and water rescue statistics. Objectives: The aim is to describe the work of rescuers during rescue operations on ice and water, to describe the watercourses and water areas freezing process, to describe hydrology of watercourses and water areas, to inform about the numbers of ice and water rescue interventions in past years and in each of Czech republic's regions and to determine a time series data tendency of ice and water rescue statistics - to predict whether the rescue interventions numbers will increase or decrease in the years to come. Methods: Literature and study sources research and their further summarization, ice and water rescue statistics analysis by determining the time series data tendency (trends) by calculating linear regression parameters of these statistics, tendencies visualization using graphs and heatmaps. Results: According to data analysis of years 2006 - 2021, water and ice rescue numbers will be decreasing in the future. On the other hand data analysis of years 2014 - 2021 predict an increase in these numbers. The conclusion is that the ice and water rescue numbers will be increasing in the future, although the numbers will not be as high as of past years of 2006 - 2014. Methods: Data collection in cooperation with an internal worker of the Fire brigade of the Moravian - Silesian region - Territorial department Opava and searches of available sources. Analyzes were performed for each unit separately according to the type of events in individual years, followed by a comparison between individual years. Title: Analysis of dog interventions at the Association of Rescue Brigades of Cynologists of the Czech Republic Objectives: The main aim of the diploma thesis is the analysis of dog interventions at the Association of Rescue Brigades of Cynologists of the Czech Republic and analysis of tests of the Association of Rescue Brigades of Cynologists organized according to the National Examination Regulations of the Association of Rescue Brigades of Cynologists from 1 May 2016 to 31 December 2020. Another aim of the thesis is to summarize the history, current activities and involvement of the Union of Rescue Brigades of Cynologists of the Czech Republic within the IRS. Methods: Theoretical background was developed on the basis of searche of books and legislation. Expropriation as a serious interference with the property rights of a particular entity The aim of this work entitled "Expropriation as a serious interference with the property rights of a particular entity", is to provide readers with a relatively comprehensive, but not completely detailed, view of the current legislation on the possibilities that Czech law generally provides in order to proceed to some form of expropriation in a particular situation and subject to predetermined conditions. In the first chapter, the author's attention is focused primarily on the right to property as a fundamental human right, which is inextricably linked to the possibility of expropriating anything. The second chapter deals more closely with the analysis of the concept of expropriation, with the fact that it further defines its various fundamental aspects and distinguishes it from the institutes that are often confused with it. Comparison of hippologic activities of the mounted police and municipal mounted police in Prague. Data analysis of activities of the mounted police since 2015 till 2019. Patrol analysis activity of the municipal mounted police in Prague in 2019 and comparison with the mounted police patrol activity in the Czech Republic.
