Hanáčková, Monika ; Vaščáková, Alena (referee) ; Wierzbická, Helena (advisor)
This Master project consists of three parts. The first part focuses on the design of the veterinary surgery, the second part concentrates on a technical design and the third part focuses on the root cleaning plants and wetlands, its comparison and evaluation. The diploma thesis develops project documentation for building permit of the veterinary surgery building with nearly zero energy consumption. The building will be located in the village of Hřivínův Újezd. The building is designed as a one storey buiding with no basement. It has segmented L-shaped floor plan. The building is divided into two zones. Zone 1 is for the independent operation of Hospit I-III and zone 2 is for everything else (reception, surgery office, staff room..). Each zone will have its own air conditioning unit. The building will be designed to use as much nonpotable water as possible in the form of rainwater and wastewather. The foundation structure will be made of cast-in-place concrete strips. The envelope walls of the building are designed from ceramic blocks in combination with a certified mineral wool ETICS. The roof structure of the building will be cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab. The building has a flat wetland roof in one part, and monopitched roof on the second part.
