Sestava cviků pro zvýšení fyzické kondice strážníků obecních a městských policií
Výzkumný ústav bezpečnosti práce
Výzkumný ústav bezpečnosti práce, v. v. i., připravil sérii 12 plakátů pod názvem SESTAVA CVIKŮ PRO ZVÝŠENÍ FYZICKÉ KONDICE STRÁŽNÍKŮ OBECNÍCH A MĚSTSKÝCH POLICIÍ. Sestava těchto cviků je uzpůsobena tak, aby vyrovnávala svalové dysbalance, nastavovala správné pohybové vzorce a pomáhala kompenzovat každodenní zátěž.

Electromyographic analyis of mutual relation between standing and movement pattern in shoulder girdle.
Konečná, Gabriela ; Pánek, David (advisor) ; Novotná, Irena (referee)
Title: Electromyographic analysis of mutual relation between standing and movement pattern in shoulder girdle Objectives: This thesis examines the electric activity and recruitment (timing) of m. latissimus dorsi, m. obliquus externus abdominis, m. gluteus maximus, m. tensor fasciae latae, m. tibialis anterior, m. erector spinae and m. trapezius during shoulder girdle movement standing on both feet, ipsilateral or contralateral foot. Furthermore the thesis explores whether it is possible to objectify the existence of published tendomuscular chains or the whole hypothetic Latissimus dorsi muscle chain of Spiral stabilization concept using surface electromyography. Methods: The muscles mentioned above were measured bilaterally with surface electromyography electrodes during particular movements. Twelve healthy individuals participated, seven women and five men in the age of 23 - 30. All participants were instructed to do the specific movement from Spiral Stabilization concept against the 2kg resistence of elastic rope when standing on both feet or in one leg stand on contralateral or ipsilateral leg. Results: We can identify muscles that are active in the particular movements almost within all participants, that are activated less often and those that are involved rarely. But we are not able to...
Stabilization and mobilization system as a modern form of human's health revitalization.
KRATOCHVÍL, Jakub
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the stabilization and mobilization system (SM system) as a modern form of human's health revitalization. Incorrect attitude, insufficient exercise compensation or unilateral encumbrance can lead to backaches which can be moderated or obviated by practising the SM system exercises. The first part of the thesis is consisted of a sufficient processing of theoretical basis concerning the matters and related information. The theoretical part concerns information about anatomy, functions, disabilities and muscle inequalities of backbone and SM system method which can be a solution of having backaches. The aim of the work was the verification of effectivity of the SM system and adopting the basic exercises by a group of patients having various back issues. The research had been conducting in the Svetlo Slunce studio under controllership of certified therapist Marcela Velkova. The tested group was consisted of twelve people aged from 9 to 55 years who were six months under the surveillance. The results are processed by method of comparison with the Dorn method on the first and last inspection. All the patients admitted that they got rid of the pains after practising the SM sytem exercises. The patients also adopted the method of correct breathing and the deep stabilization backbone muscles activation. Furthermore, most of the patients adopted the basic exercises of SM system with an opportunity of self-treatment. Thereby, the effectivity of the SM method was tested and led to fulfillment of the work's goals. The bachelor thesis can be used as an instrumentality of popularization of the SM system.
The use of the concept Smisek system in physiotherapy
Mojová, Gabriela ; Molnár, Petr (advisor) ; Hylmarová, Ludmila (referee)
This thesis focuses on the use of the concept Smisek system kinesiotherapy in vertebrogenic disease in the lumbar spine, which is one of the most common diseases of the spine. Thetheoretical part deals with the functional anatomy, biomechanics and function ofthespine, pelvis, chest, deep stabilization of the spine, muscle chain, imbalance, mobility programs and methodology SM system. The practical part presents two case reports ofpatients with low back disease of the lumbar spine. Case reports are divided into kinesiology entrance examination physiotherapist, short-term treatment plan, therapy, kinesiology examination output physiotherapist.
