The Bachelor’s thesis solves a design of the modern family house in village called Sverepec, nearby Považská Bystrica town. It is a two-storied building with single flat roof. Objekt is designed for 3 or 4 inhabitants. The main construction system are brick walls constructed from Porotherm clay blockfulfils insulated by styrofoam. FAMILY HOUSE IN RYCHNOV NAD KNĚŽNOU

This bachelor's thesis addresses a project of two story partly cellared family house in Rychnov upon Kněžna. The house will be used by a family of four. There is a common room in the basement. At the first floor there is a garage connected to a lobby, which is linked to a hallway with a staircase. The hallway leads to a bathroom, a workroom and a living room with a kitchenette. The living room is connected to an outdoor roofed terrace. The second floor is projected as a resting zone. A passageway at this floor is a corridor, where is access a bathroom, a dressing room, a toilet and three other rooms. One of the rooms has connected to a partly roofed terrace, which is situated above the garage. This family house has an atypical floor plan and a saddleback. This project is developed with a computer software ArchiCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on a correct layout and architectural design, static requirements and safety construction usage.

The bachelor thesis solves the design of modern house with a law firm in Povážské Podhradí. This is a three-storey building with a partial basement and with flat single shell roof, which is designed for 3-4 persons to stay and single floor object for law firm. The main construction system is masonry made of wood-cement blocks IZOBLOK.Buildings entrances are situated on the northern side.

Bachelor´s work is two-floor family house project. The house will be used for family of four. There is a garage situated on the first above floor which is conected to a covered lee with the family house. On the lee continue vestibul with the corridor to the technical room and to the living room, which is connected with the kitchen and dining room, which follow to the outside terrace. From the living room is possible access to the hall and from the hall to the study room, bath room and WC. In the living room are stairs up to the second above floor. There is a hall of communication space from where you can go to the bed room, bath room with WC, changing room and two rooms. From the bed room is possible entrance on the terrace, which is above study room. The family house have untypical ground plan with saddle roof and shed roof above the garage. This project was made using of computer programme AutoCAD. During the making was put emphasis on correct disposal and architectural solution and safe using building.
