Molekulární detekce bakterií rodu \kur{Helicobacter} u laboratorních myší
FEDOR, Tereza
This study investigates the molecular detection of Helicobacter bacteria in laboratory mice. Bacteria of the genus Helicobacter are known for their ability to infect the gastrointestinal tract of mammals. This research focuses on the development and optimization of methods for the sensitive detection of these bacteria from buccal swabs of mice. Molecular methods such as TaqMan real-time PCR, conventional PCR and cloning have been used. The results of this study may help to determine the prevalence of infected mice in research laboratories, which may be useful for further research in gastrointestinal health, and treatment of related diseases.
