This bachelor thesis deals with analyzing, designing and implementing of a new user interface for web application called TeXonWeb. It describes why current interface does not meet today users criteria anymore. It also describes and implements changes, that should improve user experience, even on their mobile devices. It is described what components were chosen and the way they were implemented, including reasons of choosing specific programming tools.

Logové výstupy systému TeX v aplikaci TeXonWeb

This document deals with the extension of the web application TeXonWeb with the logging environment. The logging environment displays key information from the log file that contains the translation information. During the translation a lot of information is produced, but only a small part of this information is important for a regular user. The structure of the log file and the selection of key information are described in detail in this document. During the creation of the logging environment, emphasis was placed on simplicity. Web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) were used to implement it.

The diploma thesis deals with design and implementation of user styles designer in the application TEXonWeb. It contains the analysis of current state of the application and development of its components. It describes possibilities of typesetting in TeX/LaTeX system, mainly in the area of creating user styles. It provides comparison of some similar oriented systems. It also includes the theory of formal languages and compilers. Part of the work is description of the interface design, implementation of styles designer and styles parser. There are mentioned possibilities of next development too.
