Optické systémy využívané v technické praxi
Vyškovský, Josef
This work focuses on the use of optical systems in engineering. The first part is devoted to the basics of optics and basic optical terminology. The second part focuses on the analysis of materials used in engineering practice using optical systems. The description of optical systems used in microscopes is located in this part. The largest part is devoted to optical metallography microscopes, their function and the possibilities of their use including microscopic techniques. In the context of optical microscopes the possibilities of digital image recordings of the microscope are described. The advantages and disadvantages of each option are clearly stated. The last section provides additional devices based on the principles of optics. Here the principal of the electron microscope is described shortly. Furthermore, this work focuses on optical systems used for the control of machinery components on site.
Antikorozní ochrana ocelových součástí pomocí kovových povlaků
Vyškovský, Josef
This work focuses on evaluation of mechanical and anticorrosive properties of zinc coatings. Work as a first characterizes kind of corrosion and possibilities of corrosion protection measures. For the purpose of the experiment, test samples representing a cross-section of current methods of corrosion protection using zinc coatings were prepared. Mechanical properties were evaluated by bend testing and the Erichsen method. Corrosion test specimens were tested in a corrosion chamber. An electron microscope was used for more detailed structural analysis. Electron microscope elemental analysis of selected coatings was also included. Based on the information obtained, it proposes a suitable solution in practice, depending on use of the plated component.
