Vokatá, Lucie ; Satrapová, Lenka (advisor) ; Pokorná, Iveta (referee)
Title: Case study of patient with diagnose bimalleolus fracture of the ankle joint solved osteosynthesis. Aim: The aim of my bachelors thesis is the processing case interpretation and patient care with diagnosed bimalleolus fracture of the ankle joint a explanation with the problems of this diagnosis from a practical and theoretical perspective. Metholodgy of work: Work includes processing of scientific literature on the subject and is divided into general and special part. In the general part it is describe the anatomical structure, kinesiology and biomechanics of the ankle joint. It also contains traumatology, especially fractures of the ankle joint and their treatment both conservative and operative procedures, complications and standard physiotherapy treatment. In the special part is presented a case study a patient, with whom I worked on the continuous practice from 4. 1 to 29. 1. 2016 in Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu Vysočany on an outpatient department and in the gym under the guidance of Iveta Pokorná DiS. This case report is compiled history input kinesiology analysis with all the necessary examinations, both short and long-term plan for the next therapy. It also includes detail writing each therapeutic unit with aim, design and execution of therapy, self-therapy and instructions for...
Effectiveness of mechanical correction and active exercises of fifth finger deformity therapy - Tailor's bunion.
Vokatá, Lucie ; Malá, Jitka (advisor) ; Maršáková, Kateřina (referee)
Title: Effect of mechanical correction and active exercise in the treatment of deformity of the fifth toe - Tailor's bunion Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to identify the effect of mechanical correction and active physiotherapeutic intervention in the treatment of deformity Tailor's bunion. Methods: This is a quantitative-qualitative experimental study involving 10 probands aged 19 to 25 with flexible Tailor's bunion deformity, 6 out of 10 probands had bilateral deformity and the remaining probands unilateral deformity. In this thesis, passive intervention in the form of mechanical axial correction of V. MTP joint by strapping tape was used and active intervention in the form of selected active exercise aimed at evaluating (identifying) the effect on selected foot parameters. The participants were randomly divided into two groups of five. Group 1 was subjected to active therapeutic intervention and Group 2 was subjected to passive therapeutic intervention for 4 weeks. Before and after the therapeutic intervention, the probands were examined clinically, followed by a postural stability test in static standing on the tensometric plate RS Footscan ® Balance and pressure distribution testing of individual foot segments while walking on a Footscan Gait plate. At the end of the examination we did...

The quality of wheat grain
VOKATÁ, Lucie
The main objective thesis was consider resistence of grow grain as elementary qualitative parameter food wheat by selection variety winter wheat. The test was create in vegetational period of years 2014/2015 on the plot of Faculty of Agriculture, University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. In total was for test select 9 variety winter wheat. All variety had show high value number fall, high resistence against grow grain, which ranged 376 to 512 s. In evaluation observe variety suitability in terms of baking, we can say elite (E) inbreads reached the highest average number values fall (479 s). Quality (A) varietes showed value (453 s) and bread (B) varieties reached the lowest value (435 s). The partial objective was evaluation and other indicators (Zeleny test, The content of N-substances and density). Value of Zeleny test ranged 35 to 53 ml., from it averaged of all varietes 49,4 ml. The content of N-substances varied for each variety in 14,23 % - 16,52 %. Most of the studied varieties meet the standard set limit density (760 g/l-1). Ranged from 747 to 819 g/l-1. During the vegetation was also evaluated the health status of vegetation and there has been a determination of ears per square meter. After harvesting, they were also evaluated as further yield elements (number of grains per spike and HTZ). The experiment was evaluated by a high level of quality indicators, where individual varieties also showed high rebenues. This may be primarily affected by higher than average temperatures during the period of years 2014/2015, agrotechnics, but but also the level of nutrition and fertilization of crops.
The maize growing in integrated farming system
VOKATÁ, Lucie
The main aim of this bachelor work is a summary about how to grow maize in an integrated system of farming. It includes utilization of maize in this system and effective protection against harmful factors. The work is made in a form of literary research. Maize has become an irreplaceable item of people's crop. It is used as feed and for industrial processing plentifully. Also its utilization as an energetic crop has started to grow recently. There is a range of maize crossbreeds which are determined to various climatic conditions with particular goal of growing and high income requirements. The diseases caused by different pathogens have been shown in the consequence of actions caused by unfavourable factors (such as change of climatic conditions, ways of soil treatment, greater substitute of maize in a sowing process, etc.). Also damaging these plants by pests is one of the significant problems to mention. Therefore the protective arrangements that do not overload the environment are necessary. One of these arrangements presents growing plants in an integrated system of farming. The integrated plant protection, as the main part of more intensive growing system, is reducing the usage of pesticides and it is supporting usage of non-chemical methods IOR. The core of the whole system is an effective protection against harmful factors, which provides regular profit and high quality of the agricultural production. Reduction of the risks and little influence of pesticides on people's health and the environment is necessary.Establishment of integrated plant protection is necessity arising from the regulation of the amendment for the law no. 199/ 2012 Sb. Observance of the principles for an integrated protection is compulsory for all professional users since January 1st, 2014.
