Intelligent versatile charger

The theoretical part deals with the theory of batteries. The principle of Nickel-cadmium (NiCd), Nickel-metalhydride (NiMH) and lithium (Li-Ion) batteries are described. The principles of proper charging and weaning of these batteries are also described. The proposal and construct NiCd and NiMH batteries charger, consisted of the three parts and the switching power supply, controller and chargers is included in the practical part of this work.

It analyzes propulsion using the industrial robots and sensors required to operate in the robot. The practical part describes the design of a mechanical arm for an industrial robot manipulator. The practical part also includes a description of the sensor and a description of the control unit.
