Anaerobní zpracování biologicky rozložitelných materiálů

This work is about an experiment in which were processed anaerobic fermentation of tubers of Jerusalem Artichoke grew near city Třebíč region Vysočina. The research was conducted in the Republic Reference Laboratory Mendel University in Brno. Tests were conducted for 23 days at 42°C. Biogas production and methane abundance were daily monitored during the test. From aboveground part of jerusalem artichoke was ensiled by material load 0.12 kg.kg-1 produced 0.437 m3N biogas and 0.218 m3N methane. From the tubers were produced 0.641 m3N biogas and 0.41 m3N methane per kilogram of dry matter.
