The relationship between strategic and spatial plan on the example of Lázně Bodaneč

This bachelor work is generally focused on spatial and strategic planning as well as their common bond. Using the literature review are shown and explained basic concepts, which can be in the field of spatial planning or strategic found. This paper also describes how they may be related to both documents and and conversely, where they differ. The research is based on verbal text analysis and comparison of the two documents. There are also links to these spatial and strategic plans of Lázně Bohdaneč near Pardubice. In a few specific cases, it is shown how both types of planning of cooperate. Finally, these links are confirmed.
Regional differences in sectoral composition of local action groups in Czechia

The objective of thesis "Regional differences in sectoral composition of Local Action Groups in Czechia" is to provide a survey of sectoral composition of each Local Action Group, to find if there are differences in the composition and what impact has the composition on type of realized projects within LAGs. The other objective is evaluation of LAG's webpage user-friendliness. The theoretical part deals with the definition of rural areas and with introduction of national "Program rozvoje venkova", Programme LEADER and terms as Local Action Group, National Network of Local Action Group. The practical part investigates set objectives with cartographical tools, webpages are analyzed with internet research as well as Local Action Groups. Verification of the destination management function in the Ústí nad Labem Region

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku organizace cestovního ruchu, tzv. destinační managementu. Je to téma v poslední době velmi aktuální, protože aby byla destinace cestovního ruchu úspěšná, konkurenceschopná a současně zajišťovala trvale udržitelný rozvoj, je potřeba ji efektivně řídit na všech úrovních. V teoretické části práce jsou rozebrány důležité aspekty a principy existence a chodu destinačních společnosti a také pojmy, se kterými je pracováno v další části práce. Analytická část práce se zabývá komplexním popisem cestovního ruchu v Ústeckém kraji prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy. Výzkumná část práce je zaměřená na ověření funkce destinačního managementu v Ústeckém kraji. Endogenous Potential of Development in the Český Krumlov Region: Contribution to the Evaluation of Social Capital

This bachelor thesis focuses on endogenous, inner, potential of development in the model area of region of Český Krumlov. Inner potential of development of any area came to the fore of experts before few years and nowadays it is very important also in creating of integrated development strategy. The quality of social and human capital is considered indicator of inner potential of development. The major part of this thesis is an analysis of the quality of social and human capital. The analysis and discussion preceded to the survey, which was carried out by questionnaire. Possibilities how to support the formation of social and human capital in the Český Krumlov region were discussed on the basis of the results of the survey. Because one of the biggest problem in this region was ignorance of the languages, the suggestions were aimed to improve this knowledge and to improve the quality of education. Human resources as a factor of rural development

Problems of rural development are influenced by changes in perception and conception of rural areas in developed countries, there is paradigm shift within the theory. It is reflected into the policy of single countries and into the structural policy of EU on the global level. Differentiated rural space requires differentiated approach in the form of local development which is based on endogenous potential. Activity and initiative of local human resources - human capital and especially social capital is able to cause differentiated development of rural areas. This thesis tries to confirm the relation between quality of human resources and level of rural development on the example of czech rural municipalities.
