Basic Inorganic Production E-learning Study Materials Processing
Valenčík, Jan ; Pilátová, Ivana (referee) ; Richtera, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with e-learning (its definition, forms, usage, positive and negative aspects), LMS and LCMS systems, and the basic elements needed for the formation of the interactive teaching aids that could help improve the e-learning quality. The output is a teaching software including visual animations used for learning the basic inorganic produces in the chemical industry (acids, metals, gases productions, etc.) designed especially for the students of the 1st class at the Faculty of Chemistry by Brno University of Technology, and for the general public as well. The visualisations have been created by means of the PC programme Adobe Flash, which offers a wide variety of interesting options to make up numerous animations that are not only illustrative but also visually attractive. The application comprises 20 production animations of basic inorganic compounds which are mostly exploited in the chemical industry, in school labs and during inorganic chemistry lessons. The emphasis is placed on a vivid presentation of the acid production process, and on the interactivity and visual aspect.
