Cell segmentation by pixel classification in images from various microscopic modalities
Vývoda, Jan ; Jakubíček, Roman (referee) ; Vičar, Tomáš (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis deals with cell segmentation by pixel classification of various microscopic modalities. There is a summary of possible features and also some of the classifier suitable for this kind of segmentation are mentioned here. In the practical part of the thesis, there are results for chosen features and classifier.
Intracranial aneurysm detection in TOF-MRI data
Vývoda, Jan ; Vičar, Tomáš (referee) ; Jakubíček, Roman (advisor)
Práce obsahuje teoretický přehled informací o intrakraniálních aneurysmatech, jejich diagnostice a terapii. Dále shrnuje metody detekce objektů jak klasickými metodami, tak metodami strojového učení a také obsahuje stručný popis některých metod detekce intrakraniálních aneurysmat. V praktické části je vyhodnoceno a porovnáno několik navrhnutých postupů segmentace a detekce těchto aneurysmat pomocí neuronové sítě U-net.
Comparison of full-size and patches-based learning approaches for aneurysm segmentation in TOF-MRI data
Vývoda, J. ; Jakubíček, R.
The paper is interested in segmentation of intracranial aneurysms. Intracranial aneurysms are life-threatening issue. In this paper there are proposed two methods for this segmentation problem. First one is segmentation with use of full size images, the other one uses patches of the image, which could help decrease the ration between pixels representing background and pixels representing aneurysms. Data from ADAM challenge 2020 are used to train and evaluate these approaches. Using full images show better results in dice coefficient, which is 0.16 greater, then patched image approach.
