Social Care in Camphill Community. Forces Eroding Social Care

This bachelor thesis is focused on camphill communities located in the vicinity of Scottish city Aberdeen. The aim is to describe the effect of negative factors formulated by theoretician Robin Jackson on social care provided by camphill Cairnlee House. The thesis is consisting of theoretical and empirical parts. The beginning of the theoretical part is dedicated to general concept of community work at first. Then the describtion of camphill community follows with its principles, ideas, history and important persons behind. In the empirical part the camphill community Cairnlee House is investigated. The negative effects of factors formulated by theoretician Robin Jackson are discussed. In addition a concept of new forces is suggested based on observation, which have negative impact on the community. Keywords Community work, camphill, camphill movement, social care.
