Class D power amplifier 2x 2 kW with switching power supply
Tylich, Ondřej ; Pazdera, Ivo (referee) ; Martiš, Jan (advisor)
The content of this thesis is a complete design of an amplifier working in class D, including a theoretical analysis. The thesis describes the functions of individual amplifier function blocks. The appropriate Class D amplifier topology is selected for the application. The design of the amplifier must correspond to the required power of 2x 2 kW to 4. The necessary calculations are performed to ensure the correct function of the amplifier. For reliability, it is necessary to select suitable terminal transistors. The thesis is a theoretical analysis of power supplies. Subsequently, a source with a suitable topology is designed, which will be designed to power the amplifier in class D. All necessary parameters are calculated, especially the power parts. The thesis deals with the design and complete implementation of the entire amplifier, starting with the design of the PCB and their production, subsequent installation, and recovery. After ensuring the function of all parts of the amplifier, various measurements are performed.
Influence of working conditions on the signal level detected by LVSTD detector
Tylich, Ondřej ; Zimáková, Jana (referee) ; Čudek, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor project includes information about function of low vacuum scanning electron microscope and describes it’s parts. It explains the difference between low vacuum and high vacuum scannig electron microscope. Contains informations about creation and detection of secondary electrons using scintillation detectors. It describes the calculation of signal to noise ratio and the method for obtaining the values of signal. Project is focused to determine the value of signal with a change in working conditions obtained by using Low Vacuum Secondary Electron Detector TESCAN (LVSTD). The aim is to determine the stability of the effect of working conditions on LVSTD.
Electromigration of Flux Residues on PCB Surface
Tylich, Ondřej ; Zatloukal, Miroslav (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
Diploma thesis introduces the problems of electromigration, fluxes and flux residues. It includes a proposal for methods of measuring surface insulation resistance, information about selected types of fluxes and conformal coatings. It focuses on the influence of temperature, humidity. There are applied conductometric method and method of measuring SIR by IPC-25-B. The thesis describes the practical measurement of SIR and ionic contamination of PCB covered with flux and influence of RH, temperature and applied voltage is evaluated and discussed.
Subwoofer for PA applications
Tylich, Ondřej ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Martiš, Jan (advisor)
The content of the bachelor´s thesis is theoretical knowledge in the field of loudspeaker baffles, their construction and design of the subwoofer according to the assignment. The work describes various types of used loudspeaker baffles. Their properties are defined for each of them. Some of the simulation programs are used for proper design. A suitable speaker is selected for the subwoofer application in PA technology. The parameters of the selected loudspeaker are verified by measurement. Based on these parameters, the design of the selected loudspeaker is calculated. Furthermore, the thesis addresses deals with the complete design process of the baffle for the selected speaker and its subsequent construction. After the construction, the port is tuned to the selected parameters. The resulting parameters of the designed subwoofer are verified by measuring the amplitude and frequency characteristics.
