Modifikace standardizované metodiky řízení projektů ve vybraném podniku

The thesis is focused on analyzing the current situation of project management in the company FORMSERVIS, Ltd., identifying and proposing methods for its improvement. While modifying a standardized project management methodology, the use of appropriate software for project management and its benefits is emphasized. The methodology for modification of project management support with regard to the nature of its activities and the availability of relevant data is proposed on the basis of the literature review. In the practical part, an assessment of the current situation is performed and the form of implementation of the new standard is designed. As the most suitable method PRINCE2 methodology is selected with the use of MS Project software. The possible problems and advantages of standardization of project management in the company are summarized and evaluated in the discussion and conclusion.

Hodnocení environmentálních aspektů hospodaření firmy FORMSERVIS, spol. s.r.o.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyze information of the company FORMSERVIS, Ltd. and to evaluate the potential benefits of this firm for sustainable development of the region. The methodology to analyze the sustainable development of the company with account to the nature of its activities and the availability of relevant data is proposed on the basis of the literature review. The practical part is an evaluation of selected indicators from economical, environmental and social points of view. Further results are discussed and contribution of the company to sustainable development of the region is assessed, conclusions and recommendations are suggested.
