Suggestion of a workshop service platform for pneumobil
Suchý, Pavel ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Hloušek, David (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is a construction design of a mobile scissor lift based on lifting height, platform plate sizes and load capacity. The first part of this thesis studies a comparison of similar lifts. The second part of this thesis deals with a calculation of forces in the lift and a construction of partial components. The pneumatic cylinder is selected for the lifting and a pneumatic circuit is designed. Finally, the drawings of the assembly, drawings of the subassembly and drawing of the partial components are processed.
Svoz a další zpracování skla jako vytříděné složky komunálního dopadu
Suchý, Pavel
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to acquaint the reader with the process of recyclation of glass with focus on the process of alteration, collection and following manufacture of glass waste and problematics connected to this technological process. This bachelor thesis also contains legislation related to alteration and use of glass waste. At the ned of this bachelor thesis is briefly explained problematics of waste recovery of glass produced by manufacturing of CRT monitors and fluorescent lamps.

Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology Candidate: MUDr. Libuše Smetanová Supervisor: Prof. RNDr. Dr.h.c. Jaroslav Květina, DrSc., FCMA Title of Doctoral Thesis: Transport mechanisms of xenobiotics (Caco-2 cell mono- layer model) in relation to the Biopharmaceutics Classi- fication System (BCS) Current technological levels enable to study transbarrier transports of xenobiotics (including gastrointestinal absorption) on in vitro, in situ and in vivo models. In situ and in vivo approaches enable to assess feedbacks at the organ or whole body level, in in vitro models extra barrier factors are eliminated and the models are aimed at the mechanisms of transport processes. In vitro models for studying of transport mechanisms through the intestinal wall are derived either from cell lines (e.g., Caco-2, MDCK, 2/4/A1 cells) or intestinal tissues (e.g., Ussing chamber). The Caco-2 cell monolayer model is one of the relatively most frequently used in vitro models. Caco-2 cells are a cell line derived from colorectal adenocarcinoma. The main characteristic is their spontaneous differentiation with the creation of a monolayer of fully differentiated and polarized cells showing typical brush border and tight junctions under normal culture...
Optimization of delivery precincts routes
Suchý, Pavel ; Kučera, Petr (advisor) ; Houška, Milan (referee)
The aim is to optimize the selected route for the given Czech Post Office. For the purpose of optimization approximation methods - focusing primarily to minimize the total distance and costs of their own transportation were used. According to the amount of input data, which was avalaible, the optimation model cases (examples) in the system of contracting authority were evalueted. The success of each method was compared, and the software solution was done.
