Preparing of perovskite solar cell
Lunga, Jiří ; Strachala, Dávid (referee) ; Kadlec, Michal (advisor)
The work deals with the theory of preparing perovskite solar cells. How about basic structures and the specific types of training opportunities and reproducibility of results. In the third part describes the complete preparation of the article, which reached the highest efficiency and the procedure for subsequent repetition of the experiment
Modification of silicon solar cells structure
Strachala, Dávid ; Boušek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hégr, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of the work is to create a coherent overview of the silicon monocrystaline solar cell in terms of the physical principle of the structure and sequence of technological operations necessary for its production. The effect of individual manufacturing steps is discussed in relation to the requirement of decreasing recombination, optical and ohmic losses of the monocrystalline solar cell. Due to a theoretical assumption, one-dimensional model of solar cell was created in a PC1D software that was later optimized to achieve the highest possible efficiency. Using the available technologies, final model of the solar cell is manufactured in Solartec company and in the end of the work compared with the output of simulation.
PID Analysis of Photovoltaic Power Plants in Czech Republic
Hamr, Tomáš ; Strachala, Dávid (referee) ; Hylský, Josef (advisor)
This Bachelor´s Work summarizes basic knowledge about construction technology of solution of photovoltaic equipment. solution which suffers from degradation by influence of potential. There are described possible restriction solutions of potential induced degradation which takes effect at the level of FV system, FV modul and FV cell. The work contains diagnostics of photovoltaic power station using thermovision measuring and U/I analysis with following assessment of a problem. Futhermore, the cooperation will continue with companies NWT and Sunfin where possible futher measurement with analysis will take place and data analysis from solar power stations.
Analysis of PID measurement of degradation of silicon PV modules
Baklík, Radim ; Strachala, Dávid (referee) ; Hylský, Josef (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with crystalline solar modules i relation to PID phenomenon. The thesis focuses on methods of investigation of changing electrical parameters, in the course of PID degradation, such as prallel resistance and leakage current. The effect of degradation will be examined by V-A characteristics and by electroluminiscence method.
Design of Perovskite Photovoltaic Solar Cells and Research of their Stability
Strachala, Dávid ; Šály,, Vladimír (referee) ; Sedlaříková, Marie (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
The work in the first part describe the design of a perovskite photovoltaic cell with planar inverse structure using photovoltaically active material CH3NH3PbI3 and CH3NH3PbI3-xClx. The theoretical description of perovskite materials is supplemented by knowledge of degradation mechanisms reducing the resulting stability of samples and also presents a comprehensive overview of the technology development. The following text brings an innovative process for the perovskite photovoltaic cells production, which has enabled manufacturing of reproducible samples with parameters comparable to the foreign workplaces. The second part of the research analyzes the influence of the external environment to the samples and based on experimental outputs explains possible degradation mechanisms of perovskite material. At the final part of the dissertation thesis is presented and characterized unique structure of planar inversion perovskite cells with a material composition increasing the resistance against external humidity.
Design of photovoltaic system for a family house
Darebný, Tomáš ; Hylský, Josef (referee) ; Strachala, Dávid (advisor)
Basic knowledge of photovoltaic energy transformation, devices and materials, used in photovoltaic are summarized in this master's thesis. The main goal of this thesis is orientation in the photovoltaic systems used these days and explain advantages and disadvantages of these systems during the design phase.
Preparing of Grätzel solar cell
Gerlich, Jakub ; Strachala, Dávid (referee) ; Kadlec, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the problematic of the dye-sensitized solar cells. The thesis states the working principle of these cells. It also deals with the use of different types of dyes, counterelectrodes, electrolytes and conducting glass. The thesis also contains the principles used in measuring the effectivity of solar cells. The manufacturing process of these cells is described in this thesis. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the manufacture of cell prototypes and the measuring of their parameters.
Deposition of thin metal layers by vacuum magnetron sputtering device
Rogozhnikova, Mariia ; Hylský, Josef (referee) ; Strachala, Dávid (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is focused on description of magnetron sputtering device NP 12 for the thin metal layers forming. In this work is mentioned the issue of metal layers, is given an overview of the methods of their forming and description of magnetron sputtering. Practical part of this thesis describes creation of the NP 12 sputtering device controlling instructions and creation of ten working samples. Copper, aluminum, and titanium layers were sputtered on a glass and silicon substrate bases. An appropriate processing parameters have been defined experimentally. The conclusion of this final work gives analyzes of surface flatness and purity of the sputtered layers using AFM and SEM measurements methods.
