Attasek, Ondřej ; Schwarzer, Emil (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
In bechelor thesis is the main task of manufacturing the component that is made of galvanized steel sheet of DX51D+Z/+Z material with thickness of 1,5 mm. The component is produced using technology of cutting and multiple bending. The main aim is to suggest technological process of cable tray for installation of low voltage switchgear for the ABB Ltd. company. Yearly production expectation is 2 650 units. Part of the work is also required technological calculations for notching plan, cutting force and force for bending. In thesis is also elaborated technical-economic evaluation with the drawing documentation.
Forming Technology of Thin Sheets with Coating
Procházka, Lukáš ; Schwarzer, Emil (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with forming technology of thin sheets with coating. It is divided in three separate parts. Firstly, technologies used for forming thin sheets with coating like bending, drawing, spinning and shearing are discussed. Secondly, the thesis presents coatings, their types and means of measuring their thickness as well as examination technologies. The last part consists of a set of experiments testing aforementioned facts on testing samples.
Proposal of manufacturing technology of bracket
Tůma, Vojtěch ; Schwarzer, Emil (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The object of this bachelor thesis is to propose manufacturing process of the holder by using technologies of metal processing. The design of the holder of the headset for light sport aircraft is assigned. The first part of this thesis describes preparation of the semi-finished product by the material cutting, bending methods and final surfacing of the part. In the second section there are evaluated technological aspects of the part, made calculations for dimension of the developed shape of the part, cutting force and cutting work, the total material consumption, minimal and maximal radius of the bend, spring-back, bending force and bending work. The bending jig was then designed according to those calculations. Based on the price quotation for the jig acquisition was performed the economical evaluation and was set the sale price of one piece of the headset holder. The process of the design is then briefly summarized in the conclusion.
Forming modern technology in engineering
Kalous, Ondřej ; Schwarzer, Emil (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The project elaborated within the bachelor‘s degree field of B-STI Mechanical Engineering submitting literary pursuit of modern forming technologies in engineering. This thesis deal especially with fineblanking technologies, drawing of elastic tool and high-velocity forming. Description of their principles, advantages and disadvantages. In the last part of thesis was contrast production of driving chain gear with conventional and modern technology.
Joining Technology Metal Sheet by Forming
Brzobohatý, Radek ; Schwarzer, Emil (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The Bachelor’s thesis describes the most famous methods of the metal sheets joining and is focused on metal sheets joining technology by forming. By the results of the experiments are assessed properties of selected metal sheets and behavior of joints in the various tests. The objective of the work is economic evaluation of joining technology by forming and technology of spot welding.
STUDY OF FORMABILITY OF COATED SHEETS FROM THE PLASMA CHEMICAL PRETREATMENT OF SURFACES
Schwarzer, Emil ; Šanovec, Jan (referee) ; Rusz, Stanislav (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
Theoretical part PhD thesis describes bending of sheets especially with a small bend radius and the distribution of deformation and describes the parameters of bent sheet. As the test sheets were treated by cataphoretic coating is this method described together with pretreatment of sheet. The practical part is focused on the principle multi-jet plasma system and treatment of the steel surface and examines the bent surfaces of the steel sheets with different variants of applying the coating. Selected samples are bent on the multifunction graduated bending jig and subjected to the Erichsen test and deduced results using plasma system and without the use of plasma system. In the experimental part were examined samples treated by multi-jet plasma system and subsequently bent on the multifunction graduated bending jig. Compares the results of individual experiments in system steel – base coat – plasma – topcoat. And also compares mutual combinations of various kinds of modifying the surfaces of steel samples with different coatings. Selected samples were tested for tensile test and the results were processed from this test. For selected samples was calculated hardening exponent. Another experiment consists in applying a circle at equal samples and subsequently the samples were bent under a defined radius and were determined tensile and compressive deformation. Samples of sheets were then embedded in the resin and then examined under a microscope, where they were divided into several categories and was determined optimal composition multi-jet plasma system for selected samples and the specific coatings on sheet plate with a maximum adhesion of the coating to the steel base. Selected measured values were subjected statistical control.
Modern forming technology in engineering
Čajan, Tomáš ; Schwarzer, Emil (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
Focus of this thesis lays on modern forming technology in engineering, especially technologies used for press joining of sheet metal. It also deals with modern technology in welding and adhesive bonding and contains literary study of these technologies with further comparison of their advantages and disadvantages.
Technology of production cover by forming
Řezáč, Patrik ; Schwarzer, Emil (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to develop a technological process of a production concerning the tank lid forming, namely the cold forming - technologies for deep drawing. As a material for the production of steel is chosen P 355 NB intended for the production of pressure tanks. Parts of this work are also technical drawings developing of LPG tank, of the tank lid, of paper-weight assembly, and the drawing of dies.Technological calculations needed for the production are the integral part as well. And also a choice of machines for the production and economic evaluation of the production process.
